Superb location right by the water. Has a swimming pool and even an infinity pool. More importantly, rooms are clean, modern, and has a functioning kitchenette (full size fridge, stove and sink!). Highly recommend the Citadines over the “brand name” hotels!

Location is perfect , the room clean and tidy . Recommended👍🏻👍🏻 I would like to stay here again if have any chance.

I stayed here for 3night. I arrived early around 7am due to my early flight, staffs offered us an early check-in (which i did not use due to my schedule). On the last day they allowed me to use their shower facility for free even after the check-out. Thanks to you i could be on the plane feeling fresh! I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Thanks to you my trip to Kota Kinabalu was so memorable. I will come back!!!!

a newly opened hotel close to the seafood market and night food market, so a fishy smell once you enter the hotel area. The hotel itself is clean new and tidy, there is a nice swimming pool. Take note that the sound proof of the hotel is not good. You clearly heard the mosque announcement nearby and people walking , talking along the corridor. It’s a problem if you are light sleeper. Since it’s too new, the grab driver cannot locate the pick up so it’s better if you choose The Shore Residence ( connected to the hotel lobby) for grab pick up .

New hotel, clean and perfect location. Very nice sea view with great locations and good facilities

It is centrally located. Still very new! We had a comfortable stay as the room is quite big and the bed is soft. Breakfast selection is limited and there were mosquitoes around the lobby area. There should be some lounge chairs around the pool area.

The hotel is clean, and the location is nice! It is very close to the Waterfront and famous restaurants.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the great location close to night market and all convenient things like pharmacies, the mall, etc. Right on the waterfront so you get a pretty nice view from the Infinity pool, proper modern gym, and amenities. There is an organic coffee place in the bottom, which is fantastic. Very good value for money of all the places I’ve stayed on my six week trip probably one of the top in terms of overall attention to detail and positive attitude all around.

The hotel is newly builded and the facilities is good. Recommended
