The hotel is average nothing special but My stay at the Radisson Blue Kota was marred by an unsatisfactory encounter with a front desk attendant named Suraj. Prior to my booking, I had confirmed via phone that the hotel would accommodate two adults and 2 children, despite the booking portal's limitation to two adults and 1 child. Suraj, however, contradicted this agreement, insisting that I should have booked for three adults. Feeling embarrassed in front of my family, I inquired about the cancellation policy. Suraj's response was dismissive, instructing me to cancel through their app and depart. The situation worsened when the manager arrived, revealing that no extra beds were available—only a mattress. This explanation did not clarify why Suraj had been arguing with me for half an hour. The manager promised a thick mattress if needed and assured me of two if required. Contrary to this promise, we received inferior 3-inch mattress instead before I again had to remind them this was not promised. See the image attached what they offer for additional bed. Also swimming pool seems like was never cleaned

Best hotel in Kota for stay and any purpose. Fast check inn & Check out by reception staff. Well maintained room ... AC is just perfect to maintain the cool in room. Breakfast at Mosaic was just wondering. Management of this hotel is great, staff is cutious and helping. Lovely

This is the best hotel in Kota for stay and dine, Check inn and check out was very nice, staff at reception was attentive. Room was well cleaned and maintained. Breakfast at restaurant was very tasty. Good food at restaurant. Great hospitality.

It was amazing experience of the hotel. And housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful behaviour too. Mohit gave us very good hospitality experience. He came on time and he did clean room everyday and was helpful behaviour for everyone thank you mohit and country in staff kota.

Front desk staff was very cooperative and supportive special thanks to Mr. Prateek also the food quality was much better and the rooms were spacious and the landmark for the hotel is the best thing as located in the middle of the city accessible to all the necessary areas my overall experience was very nice and would recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Kota

We have booked many times this hotel for my family .they had take the bags their on . Staff were not friendly as other Radisson hotels. Rest food was good it has great option . Room was good .Thank you for your hospitality and services……:..:::::

Such a amazing experience we had at the country inn hotel ,kota. I really enjoyed the stay.room were clean, service was excellent and staff was very good in hospitality.mr. Suraj from front desk was very welcomeing and friendly. He was doing great job .again I want to thank to whole management thank you so much

The location of the hotel is nice really appreciate to staff helping us to reach to to the hotel they arrange a taxi for us. The reception staff is so nice very humble. Mr Suraj and Prateek helps us a lot they helped for many places to visit very nice hotel and staff
