The hotel is average nothing special but My stay at the Radisson Blue Kota was marred by an unsatisfactory encounter with a front desk attendant named Suraj. Prior to my booking, I had confirmed via phone that the hotel would accommodate two adults and 2 children, despite the booking portal's limitation to two adults and 1 child. Suraj, however, contradicted this agreement, insisting that I should have booked for three adults. Feeling embarrassed in front of my family, I inquired about the cancellation policy. Suraj's response was dismissive, instructing me to cancel through their app and depart. The situation worsened when the manager arrived, revealing that no extra beds were available—only a mattress. This explanation did not clarify why Suraj had been arguing with me for half an hour. The manager promised a thick mattress if needed and assured me of two if required. Contrary to this promise, we received inferior 3-inch mattress instead before I again had to remind them this was not promised. See the image attached what they offer for additional bed. Also swimming pool seems like was never cleaned
