Friendly and welcoming hotel. Perfect for us. We arrived at 10-30 pm to be greeted with a drink. We were shown a room which we didn’t like so we were moved immediately without fuss. Second room was excellent with pool side views etc. We arrived out of season and site was at 50% capacity so this helped. During our stay the staff were excellent. Special thanks to Fortini Olivia and Raphael who were exceptional in service and friendliness. Food was plentiful and plenty of choice. Some people were complaining but personally I thought it was good. Was this a 5 star hotel? In all honesty 4 star. There were a number of small issues. Hotel was very clean and smart but. Pool area could do with some new sun loungers and parasols. Couple cracked tiles in en-suite. Curtains and furniture a little tired. Pool was really too deep at 1.55 metres shallow area. Not great for kids or my wife! Saying that this is a “family” hotel and I would definitely go back. Kos town is close and bus stop outside hotel 2 euro into town runs regularly. A must visit. We had just a great week in glorious weather 26* perfect.

Not five stars, more like 3 The bar did not have good service The restaurant plastic cups Most of the food was not good The animation team didn't offer anything different And the beach is not worth having to buy special shoes to enter the sea The bar there offers absolutely nothing

We had an experience 15 days at the hotel with my family 5 stars are not deserved the staff in the restaurant is very relaxed, they talk to each other and did not pay attention to the customers I had a little problem with one hand and I asked a waitress named christina to bring me water and she answered me in a poor way that it is self service the only pleasant person was the captain Minas who served us constantly we were going to come again but they don't deserve so much money for 5 stars and we want to close somewhere else that will deserve 5 stars after all, the beach there is miserable and does not offer anything worthwhile

Our fist time to Kos as a family of 5. Mixed ages in our family: 13,23,40,51 and 75 and we all loved it for various reasons I was a little worried about it being too hilly for my mother in law but as we arrived the staff were incredible. They put her room on a ground floor with no issues at all and all the blocks were around the pool anyway so it was so convenient for her. We upgraded to a junior suite with partition on arrival for a little privacy for my daughter and the room was huge! Honestly could have fit another bed in there. Both rooms were super clean and the staff worked very hard to keep it that way too. Perhaps the bathrooms could do with a little updating as we had some fun with the crazy shower head, but nothing majorly wrong Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel Pool area was amazing. So clean and yes people do reserve beds as with everywhere but again the staff were so willing to get more if needed. Best thing about this hotel was the pool had such a lovely chilled feel and you never struggled for space to swim etc. we visited all the other hotels in the group and each has a different feel. Aqualand definitely for families and they offer a little shuttle bus up the hill to it. The Panorama is beautiful too and very sentence with a gorgeous spa which my husband and mum in law went to. We had a little wonder around the Kipriotis village too one evening. A huge resort this one, too but for me but it looked lovely This hotel was definitely the one for me. I loved all the food. So much choice for breakfast lunch and evening meal. They also start doing pizzas, burgers and hot dogs from 3pm so we never stopped eating! Entertainment team were very good. Not loads going on in the day but that was ideal for me as it was really chilled. The usual karaoke, bingo, quiz nights on an evening. These are not my cup of tea but the rest of my family enjoyed it. My favourite was the Greek night on the last night of our holiday and the fire show was also very good. All entertainment staff worked so hard and were so friendly We had a couple of nights out into Kos town which is stunning. Only a couple of euros on the bus but we taxied there just so my mum in law didn’t struggle. We did a trip to Zia for the sunset which was fantastic and the reception staff booked this for us. We also did horse riding which again the reception sorted. Both were incredible Free sun beds on the beach. It is pebbly and sometimes very windy but nice for a swim in the sea. Amazing water sports nearby too Best thing about this hotel - the staff! Every one of them treated you like an old friend and they were super helpful always. Olga and her team go above and beyond and made sure we had the best holiday possible! I would definitely come back and highly recommend. Thank you team Kipriotis Maris

We had a lovely holiday at the Maris suites. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was huge. Bed very comfy. The food was fantastic !! But best of all - the staff. I can honestly say all staff in the hotel are outstanding- friendly and very helpful. They have quite a job - especially at the bar which can get very busy especially at night. But they are friendly and calm throughout. Vasia was especially friendly- thankyou. Also the manager went out of her way to help when we had a problem with a bus tour ( not provided by the hotel I must say). Nothing was any trouble Thanks to everyone at the hotel. We will be recommending you and would love to visit again. Elizabeth & Eddie

We arrived late one evening and from that moment we were treated like welcomed guests, we booked a last minute honeymoon and it turned out to be one of our favourite holidays to date, we built a rapport with the staff who were amazing. Olga the manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and all her team are behind her I think this is a great hotel, our experience of our stay was memorable and they had only just started the season I would recommend going to Kipriotis Maris suites Also the food was fantastic and again the manager and her team out do themselves Thank you to all the staff made made friends in us

We ended up here after the sister hotel we had originally booked at had some kind of issue, but its an absolute relief we did! This hotel is amazing, it offers an incredible room, everything you could want and need right there in the resort, and only a €2 bus ride away from Kos Town. Reception were helpful, the bar and restaurant staff were lovely, and we had a brilliant time.
