Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good location. Air con is not very good. Breakfast is not the best.

Sauberes Hotel

We recently stayed here as part of our daughter’s wedding party (36 of us!) and it was absolutely superb. The main harbour and old town are all within a five minute walk, but watch out for the uneven paving flags, especially at night. The hotel is to a very high standard with very clean and spacious rooms. So many different food types to choose from at breakfast, and the poolside bar meals were delicious, with good size portions. Massive thanks to Margarita, Michael, Georgia, Anees, Anna and all the other staff for making it a very special visit. One small improvement suggestion would be to get some plastic pint glasses for around the pool as glass is not allowed, and the current plastic glasses are only a half pint, but you still pay the same price

the hotel is modern, always clean and the rooms are perfectly equipped for your stay. the breakfast buffet has a big selection of greek and international food, we really enjoyed eating and staying there ☺️ it's located only 5 minutes away from the port and the center everyone was so friendly to us and made us feel welcomed !

We just got home from a 10 day stay here and it was such a lovely experience. The hotel itself is about a 5 minute walk from the old town and an 8 minute walk from the Marina. The rooms were always spotless and breakfast every morning was great. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, but a huge thank you to the pool bar staff (both the morning and afternoon shift) for making us feel so welcome. We looked forward to catching up with Margarita, Michael, Gerri and the all the guys everyday, it was very sad to say our goodbyes when we left! All in all, we genuinely felt like we hit the jackpot with this hotel, between the location, the food and the staff members. We’re already looking into coming back in May 2025. My stay at Blue Lagoon City Hotel in Kos City was outstanding. The hotel combines modern elegance with comfort, providing a welcoming and stylish environment. A highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which offered a diverse and delicious selection. From fresh fruits and pastries to hearty options, each meal was a delightful start to the day. The attentive and friendly staff further enhanced my experience, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s location was also ideal, providing easy access to Kos City’s attractions while offering a tranquil retreat. I highly recommend Blue Lagoon City Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kos City.

Excellent hotel, fabulously clean rooms, the maids do a tremendous job. Clean towels every day. The staff are amazing, so attentive. The breakfast selection could not be any better. One example of how good this hotel is; our air conditioner stopped working. I told reception of the problem, and was told that they would send someone up to look at it. I returned to my room and said to my wife ' they will send someone up, but this is Greece, it will probably be tomorrow'. Within 30 seconds of entering my room we had a knock on the door from the maintenance manager, who fixed it within 5 minutes. Absolutely fantastic! In high season there can be a shortage of sunbeds, which we experienced. The hotel does state that towels will be removed if left unattended for 40 minutes, but this never happened. Eventually, I realised that if you can't beat them, join them, which I had to do to. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the port and located perfectly for everything.

The hotel is fine, but you can’t say the same about the staff. If you have dirty clothes right beside your suitcase, and the clean clothes inside. You can be sure that they will just throw your clothes inside the suitcase. Which I personally think is an invasion of my privacy. Every time they cleaned, you had to look everywhere for your stuff. Cause you never knew which suitcase or shelf vour stuff was on. Furthermore we had some tickets for a boat trip on the nightstand , and some seasick pills on the side of the couch. They were gone when we tried to find them. We asked the staff about it, but they said that the maid didn't took anything. We tried to explain that it's not that we think the maid took it but maybe threw it out by accident. We tried talking nice to them, and explain our situation, but they wouldn't listen. We felt more like enemies to them, than guests. Overall the staff DOES NOT meet the expectations you have for a 4 star hotel. Besides that, was the rooms and pool nice.

5 stars I would like to thank Mario, Natasha, Georgia, Margarita and Eleftheria for being amazing staff and making us feel very welcome. They are wonderful staff and deserve a bonus and recognition ❤️ Sadly not enough pool beds and people reserve these meaning others cannot use them which is not good.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Probably the cleanest and friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at. Room spacious enough with good showers. Fridge was appreciated. Nice balcony that overlooked the pool. Quite a quiet hotel, plenty of pool sunloungers that did fill up by about 1000 but usually a few became spare later in the day. Good poolside cafe, the best ever staff (especially Michael and Margarita) and a buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Rooms cleaned daily is you wanted, again the staff were lovely and very efficient. Shop next door for essentials, quiet area and only 5 minutes walj to the harbour and then another ten to the beaches. Nothing to fault, would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant hotel , loved the staff they were great ( I’m the one with THE T-SHIRT) they make your holiday. There was a moan that we are not used to , towels on sun loungers early in the morning but nobody coming until later in the day this needs to be addressed, we went to the beach every day due to this . Brilliant hotel the ladies at breakfast beautiful smiles the men were good fun and always smiling. We had one of the best holidays here
