This place was recommended to us by someone who returns regularly; as we found out during our stay there are many repeat customers. Not something we would do as there are too many other places to explore after Kos but we can understand why people come back here. They are treated like family. We stayed in 252 at the end of Sept 24. Accommodation is spacious and has everything needed. The whole establishment is fresh, clean and well maintained. All staff from top to bottom are a delight. Our room was spotless after service every day and any requests we had were promptly attended to. Drinks and snacks by the pool are quality and reasonably priced. Pool and pool area during our stay wasn’t busy although the 16 or so prime sun-loungers that got all day sun tended to get nabbed quickly. Added bonus is that it’s a 3 minute walk to the Kardamena promenade with all of the restaurants, shops and night life. We have no hesitation in recommending Nissia Kamares. If we ever decide to return to Kos for a vacation in the future then here will be top of our list.

We were a group of 3 couples one of who had stayed here before and recommended it to the group. We arrived very late on Saturday 24th and still received a very warm welcome. Our cases were carried to our respective rooms (to avoid the noise of us pulling them for other guests) and the bar stayed open to serve a welcome drink. Our room (159) was perfectly tucked away in a quiet corner with a lovely private balcony. For us our stay was absolutely faultless. The staff were fantastic, room was lovely, breakfast was delicious. If we ever return to Kos we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Just the nicest apartments for couples or families with kids. We loved how quiet the actual apartments were yet there was enough to keep the kids entertained. The rooms are really well decorated and had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. The pool and pool bar/area was great and eating breakfast around the pool as the sun shone was heavenly. All te staff were incredibly helpful and polite and helped with arranging trips etc. With just a few minutes walk to the shops, cafes, bars and seafront these apartments are perfectly located. We would definitely visit again.

This hotel is super clean, super convenient with super staff - I am not sure I can say much more. Lovely pool that was rarely crowded, 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Nasos, I hope that is how you spell it, was the manager and he could not have been more helpful.

First time at Nissia Kamares and I guarantee that we will be back. Room was extremely comfortable and plenty big enough. The room was cleaned daily and shower gel restocked when getting low. The pool isn’t massive but our two sons aged 7 and 11 seemed to enjoy it enough. The service round the bar was good with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Breakfast again was good with a choice of both hot and cold items. We did have an issue with the air con in the bedroom not working properly. I reported this to reception in the morning, and by 4pm there was an engineer onsite with the unit being fixed within the hour. Nothing seems too much for the staff and management at Nissia and they will ensure you have a nice relaxing holiday.

The Perfect holiday! Our second time at Nissia Beach and, it was pergect again. We visited 3 hotels on this holiday trip, and Nissia was by far the best. Super friendly staff, great accomodation, superb breakfast and a great locations. We give them a "10". The management & staff understand what holiday means. We sure will come back, thank you for a terrific holiday at Kamari!

We really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is as you see on the website. The pool & pool bar is excellent with great staff, open from Breakfast all through the day & night. The atmosphere is very laid back & all requests were taken care of without any fuss. The location is perfect, less than a 5 min stroll to the town & beach.

Superb accommodation, like a quaint little Greek village kept immaculately clean, this was our 5th visit and our 6th is already booked for later this year. Two minute walk into the village of Kardamena and the beach is close too. Highly recommend a visit the reviews speak for themselves

Our second time in Kos and first to Kardamena. After using various sites to check reviews, I’m glad we chose Nissia Kamares. Upon entering you feel as though you’re in a small Greek village , with high end superior rooms. The whole atmosphere was very tranquil , with beautiful flowers outside all the apartments. Our room 104 was a superior ground floor studio with a small kitchen plenty of drawers and wardrobe space and a walk in shower. We did have a small issue with the extractor fan above the toilet , but it was sorted swiftly. The bar and pool area had plenty of sun beds and the pool bar food was very good. 5 mins walk takes you to the centre of town , and we ate and drank in most restaurants. A special mention to all the staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Outstanding service ! We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Nassos, Costas and the team.
