Nicolas Grand Suites, Adults Only

Returned today from a week at Nicolas hotel. The hotel was closing for the season as we were leaving but that made no difference to the quality of service from the amazing staff. I'm not going to go into detail about individual things as quite honestly everything was spot on x

Well, where do I start? It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in abroad. Clean, quiet, amazing, and friendly staff that will do what they can to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. I had emailed the hotel weeks leading up to our stay to request their help in making my Fiancée's birthday the best ever and to help me Re-Propose, as we'vebeen engaged already for 12 years and i was unsatisfiedwith my first one, so Iwanted to correct that. They went above and beyond for us (obviously, with a budget they can do more) but i told them what I wanted and nailed it. Mary, the lady on the front desk, having got wedding planning experience, she really helped me with ideas and getting all the materials ready. During our first day or 2, our AC wasn't working as it should, so we told the front desk, within 20 minutes they were up to check the issue with maintenance and Because they were unable to fix the issue, they moved us to a room with a working AC, within the hour, but only because there was a spare room at the time. But felt confident knowing that if we went to them with an issue, that they would do whatever they could to correct it for us. As we went B 'n' B, we didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel. But the Breakfast options were very wide, some unusual items that I, myself wouldn't usually have at breakfast, such as Onion rings or spinach pie. We are picky eaters but there was always something to help start our day with. If I ever stay in Kos again, I will definitely return to this hotel.

I would 100% recommend this wonderful hotel. The staff were amazing, efficient and so friendly. Shout out to Mary and Stephania on reception, Matteo and Alexandra in the restaurant and bar. There were a few others whose names I didn't get. The room was very comfortable (amazing pillows!!!) and clean. Even the hairdryer was very good. The lady who cleaned the room, daily, was very sweet but had very limited English. The breakfast was very nice with something for everyone. Even the butter was Lurpak!!!!! The pool area was very clean and the sunbeds were incredibly comfortable. Although the hotel is a little bit further from the resort centre it was still only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Kardamena. If you're looking for a full on party hotel then this is not the place for you. However if you like a peaceful time at your hotel then this hotel is perfect. We will definitely be going back.

Just returned from a lovely week at this fantastic hotel, perfect location, staff all go over and above, special mention for the manager, Alex and Mary who were especially kind and helpful after my wife’s accident. All rooms are modern, spacious and always clean. Good facilities, including beach towels and free safe. Well worth upgrading to the jacuzzi suites. Will definitely return.

We booked “Alexandros Suite with Sea View” for 3 nights and very comfortable it was. Everything sparkling clean, sitting room and bedroom were decent sizes and balcony was large with a pleasant sea view. Even though top floor and ongoing heat wave, air conditioners working fine. Surroundings were peaceful being on the outskirts of town, but comfortable 15 minute walk to centre. Ample street car parking. Plenty of restaurants close by. Reception staff were pleasant and friendly, breakfast staff could be more diligent when clearing tables. Buffet breakfast was fine. Charming little town, not too busy and very good value hotel.

We booked our stay after a lovely stay in May but for 11 nights this time. if anything, this was better, everything was perfect. Our room was kept spotless by Lola and the pool area and indoor areas were perfect, always clean and welcoming. The breakfast was large and varied and the meals at lunchtime were fantastic We tried a couple of salads and the beef burger all were amazing quality All fresh ingredients , no soggy lettuce or tomatoes it really was good food. I had contacted the hotel previously to ask for flowers for our anniversary and it was all sorted for a surprise for my wife who was over the moon with what they provided; this hotel is perfect for couples of all ages who want a quiet relaxing holiday, from the rooms to the pool area all is laid back and relaxing. The staff also need a mention, Alex the manager who arranged for the flowers and yet even as a manager still talks to guests nicely in all languages then there’s Mary who bought the bouquet on her day off and still made it a surprise for my wife and Mateo at pool bar and breakfast who is the cocktail master. All the staff here are fantastic and are a credit to the hotel; if you want a quiet relaxing holiday then we cannot recommend this hotel enough Thankyou all for a fantastic holiday 👍👍☀️😘
