Koia All - Suite Well Being Resort - Adults Only

We had very positive experience regaring the general facilities like the pool, the resort itself, amazing views, very nice restaurant, good service and very good food. We have some negative comments about the cleaning of the room and the room itself. Our room was not cleaned well, mirrors were never cleaned, the floor was only cleaned after we asked for, toilet paper was not refilled when empty. We had to move in the first night because the door of our first room did not lock properly. In the new room the make-up mirror had no light and the holder was broken. The mirror was exchanged the other day; however, nobody offered a compensation to us for the inconveniences. Therefore overall only the three stars.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Koia All-suite Wellbeing Resort ! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The atmosphere is serene, the surroundings are stunning and the staff is genuinely caring and attentive. Every detail, from the beautifully designed accommodations to the excellent food experience at Thyme restaurant and also the rejuvenating wellness were a joy to discover. Koia is the perfect place to relax, rest and reconnect. We are leaving feeling refreshed and grateful. Merci beaucoup Koia !

We visited the hotel in the resturant back in May and privately dined on the fireplace terrace. I never normally leave reviews and have only just set up my account to do one. The service was simply perfect, Peter (translated from Greek), was amazing. We had 9 beautiful dishes (yes, they threw in an extra from 8), all beautifully explained and equally delicious. I cannot explain how magical the meal was and I cannot recommend it enough. It was the most perfect night.

We are back from Greece again, this time we were on the island of Kos and the Koia All-Suite Wellbeing Resort. This was our first time at this hotel and we want to share as many people as possible with the experience we had recently. Every summer we return to Greece for luxury hotels and have gained a lot of knowledge about the level of hotels and the level of service in them and this time we encountered something really incomprehensible. The hotel is new and is located on the cliff and the views from it over the sea are simply breathtaking. It is not a large hotel without children and someone looking for real peace and quiet will find everything they need to have a wonderful and stunning vacation. We were in the most beautiful suite there called a villa with a huge pool and it is an extraordinary experience. You simply cannot leave it because it has endless treats and options. In all kinds of opinions left on tourist and vacation sites you can often find standard words "the hotel staff was nice, helpful, etc." but here it was something we have not seen anywhere before. The hotel staff was not only friendly, not only helpful, not only smiling – the hotel staff was super professional on a level we haven’t seen in any hotel in recent years. Already on the second day of our stay all of them knew our names. Already on the second day they knew which table we like to sit at for breakfast and dinner. They knew all our preferences, from when to bring coffee to my wife and me and what kind, when to open an umbrella and when to close it. This is truly a professional experience that we haven’t seen in many years. The service was always provided with a friendly smile and always with relevant compliments and it created a whole sense of joy and peace in this amazing place. And most importantly – the entire team works as a complete product body and as a complete professional chain. And now we have come to a very important point – this team works under a CEO named Theophilos. This man is really unusual in several respects. First, he was constantly setting an example of professionalism and when you see how he fulfills the role, then you understand what professionalism is by definition. At first we didn’t know that he was the head of the team at the hotel, we only saw how he constantly walked around and checked on everyone, how he gave instructions in all sorts of parts of the hotel. Our close acquaintance with him began on our last day at the hotel when we had already seen the reception on the way to the airport. At that very moment we received a message that our flight had been canceled and there was no indication when it would show up. Our airport was closed and we didn’t know what to do at all. At that moment Theophilos came to us and said that we could stay at the hotel, he could transfer us to another room and we didn’t have to look for anything else. Moreover, he said that until we received an official notification about the return flight, we could stay

Our stay at Koia was wonderful, we couldn’t be happier with our choice for our wedding anniversary. We loved our see view villa with a private pool, a la carte restaurant and staff. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel relaxed and welcomed. Big thanks to Alex, Panos, Kristos and Florian for making our stay extra special. 10/10 recommend.

The Hotel is Perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Great views all around the hotel , the room was amazing and the service we received from ALL the staff was incredible and something I’ve never experienced before, big shoutout to Alex, who was so welcoming and a massive help in ensuring my gluten Allergy didn’t get in the way of enjoying all the great food the Chefs specially made for me . Thanks Koia, we will definitely be returning again in the future.
