Riverine Suites

we had the lovely opportunity to spend some lovely time with a night stay at this great facility the other day. We had taken the right decision by choosing Riverine suites for our family outing on 24th April 2024. The experience was awesome. The team at Riverine Suites under the leadership of Rakesh did an excellent job to keep our team engaged with activities. the food was indeed great. we had ghee rice and Chicken curry which was crafted with excellence by the Chef Anil. The pool was very hygienically maintained and we spent quite a lot of time playing in an around the pool with some music, dance and games. We did not realize the time fly by. I would say without hesitation that each moment spent at Riverine suites was enjoyed to the maximum by the whole team. We shall be back soon and sure recommend this nice facility to our friends and relatives too.

The Riverine Suites have some amazing suites facing the river. We had room B2 which arguably offered the best view of the Chalakudy rapids outside our balcony. The view of the river is panoramic and intimate. The roar of the river is a balm for the mind, and conducive to some serious meditation and thinking. The rooms themselves were furnished to a high standard, and the accommodation is extremely spacious. The ***ager Rajesh is an extremely courteous ***, trusting of clients and very sincere. The dining services were very prompt and of excellent quality. Food is prepared as requested by guests. The air-conditioning was excellent, and all room switches and controls were easy to use. We loved every minute of our stay here. Rajesh needs special mention for his excellent customer empathy. When it became clear that the card machine at the reception was not working, and we did not have enough change in our wallet to pay for the room rent, Rajesh had no hesitation in allowing us to pay be bank transfer later in the day well after we had checked out. It was lovely to be trusted in this fashion.
