Excellent service, great breakfast with a view, plenty of food and tea choice. Up on the hill, breathtaking view overseeing Schloss Drachenburg. Perfect! Spacious and comfy room with a great view! Clean as spotless, only suggestion is the water pressure of the shower. Everything else is perfect!

Klassiek en mooi hotel. Ligging bovenop heuvel zodat je mooi zicht hebt over de Rijn. Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer van alle comfort voorzien met goed bed. Zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt. Ook de wellness behandeling was helemaal in orde. Enig minpuntje misschien: de hamman was dicht en de 2 sauna’s waren wat te druk. Mooi zwembad en omkadering

酒店不錯。但設施有一些陳舊了，但不太影響最後效果。 窗簾的遮陽簾控制器不工作了。所以早上窗簾的遮光效果就差一些了。

山頂森林裏，自然環境很好，適合養生

Great dinner! Fantastic view, excellent food, and superior service. Although the restaurant is a bit a mix of superior fine dining and bistro food, at least you have a choice, and what we selected was definitely very good. Good wine selection although somewhat expensive. The service is truly five star. We had a good time.

Place is beautiful, rooms are spacious with wonderful view and bed very comfortable. Good choice of breakfast. But black coffee is only instant coffee. At night conditioner started to poured on my head, but when we called to reception they say it’s happens sometimes and we need just put the towel under🤷‍♀️ In our friends room key card was blocked every day and we had to come back to reception to unblock it, a bit inconvenient) But otherwise very nice place and I would recommend to go there for sure

We stayed at Steigenberger Hotel for one night, and at the entrance it was exactly how you would expect a five star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, that can help you where and when needed. Though when we got to the room itself we had a little unpleasant surprise. The room itself was nice, good view over the Rhine and the interior is nice. But when I dropped my phone and it fell under the bed, I went to pick it up and underneath the bed was a dirty tissue with a substance on it that looked to be semen. Also when I shined my flashlight under it to take a video of it, I found a pair of socks from the previous guests. This indicates the room was not really cleaned properly. There also was a lot of dust on the bedside tables, and a lot underneath the bed (which I myself don’t mind as it’s a hard place to vacuum). Not really up to the high five star standard, but the rest was really good. Nice views with a good bed and spacious room. The Biergarten is also beautiful, especially at sunset. I have to give it 4/5 because of the stuff we found in the room, for the rest it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything was great . The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and you can order pancakes and French toast with fresh orange juice and they were very delicious. And the area where the hotel is located is very beautiful and cozy.🥰

This is a very nice and classic hotel on Petersberg. I can recommend staying in this hotel! Very good breakfast an friendly en helpful staff. It was our second stay in this hotel and we surely will make it a third (and fourth) time!

The hotel was formerly a special property for the West German government. The location is hidden and the surrounding scenery is beautiful, which is very suitable for short-term vacations. The food and beverage standard is very high, especially the variety of breakfast is rich and the ingredients are fresh. The room is quiet and clean, the bathroom is big enough, and the mattress is hard. But the service of the hotel is not its highlight. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, the hotel did not have any welcome arrangements. Even after reminding the front desk, there was still no special indication. Slightly disappointed.

Great hotel, the restaurant serves excellent food, the breakfast is lavish. We had a Grand Deluxe room with Rhine view, it was spacious and the views are spectacular - great place for a few days holiday. For the music lovers: refer to Roger Waters’ song “4.39 AM” of the Pro’s and Con’s of Hitchhiking album. Only comments: - no bath, which we didn’t miss but can be important to some - breakfast crew seemed inexperienced, but of very good will
