I would not recommend this hotel at all. My stay here was very disappointing, and unfortunately the negative reviews I read beforehand turned out to be true. Cleanliness & Hygiene The hotel is extremely dirty and unhygienic. The reception and lobby areas were stuffy, with no air conditioning, and always looked neglected. The lifts were another problem – only 2 lifts for 5 floors, with one often out of order. They were constantly dirty, covered in handprints, and felt very stuffy. Rooms The room itself was a standard size, but mine had a terrible smell. I had to buy air freshener just to make it bearable. I reported this issue to reception, but nothing was done. The bathroom was very old, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. Food & Dining The food was extremely disappointing. It was mostly the same every day with very little variety. Fruit and salads were the only decent options, but the rest of the food was substandard. Shockingly, my son got food poisoning, which made him too scared to eat anything other than fruit afterward. The beach restaurant had the same repetitive menu daily – burgers, chips, and wraps – and the entire dining area, including the beachside, was dirty and outdated. This hotel clearly has space and potential, but it desperately needs investment and upkeep. Facilities The swimming pool was the only part we enjoyed, but again, the area was not kept clean. Staff only seemed to clean at the end of the day rather than regularly throughout. Location The area itself is okay – about a 20-minute drive to Alanya, with local markets nearby. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, and although there is a buggy, it was hardly ever working. Overall Experience This hotel is far below standard and I would not recommend it, especially for visitors from the UK. It was dirty, poorly managed, and unsafe when it came to food quality. I would never book this hotel again.

Mot, Gonzales, mario!! Well what can I say, these guys are the best animation team I have ever come across. These guys made us feel welcome and made this holiday an amazing holiday! They truly know how to put on a great show with all their activities! Would highly recommend purely just for these guys!

First glance, the hotel looks clean and big and easy to get around, Bad points are left for very end. Hotel.... Spacious, not spotless but pretty clean. No air con around the reception or waiting room and lobby so you can get really hot the busier it is. Windows opened huge but not enough airflow. The one side that gets the sun it's just warm air coming in. WiFi is only free in lobby area. Extra for throughout. 3 euros per device per day. Also they forgot to give us towel affter room clean a few times which was annoying having to go down reception and ask for it. Room..... , We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms. The kids room had three single beds, air con directly above bed so they get very cold. Moved beds around and resolved issue. Circular window opened up completelly which is quite bad but my kids were old enough to not touch it. Shower could do with a good scrub but nothing Huge to complain about, we're not fussy and don't expect perfection. Dining..... Ok so here's the thing. It's a huge hotel, Lots of guests, so If you go in about ten mins after it open you will struggle To get a table. Facts. Either queue up before It opens or go to eat about 70 mins later and you'll be fine. It's so busy and not enough tables. Food was OK. Again we didn't expect executive food. Could be better but could be worse. Could do with more meat. Drinks..... I was on beer so I was OK. Asked for cocktails for the girls and it was hit and miss. Some Were really good Some were OK and sometimes couldn't drink it. But the majority of times we were happy. Bar seem abit out the way, for where you are and always only one serving so queue can grow, especially if the slow huge guy is there. Has an annoyed face and is slower than an hour hand on the clock. Hotel shop...... Use elsewhere. Expensive, and mix up put Me off. Three times they forgot to add what we had on counter. And took forever to sort it. In end I just said leave it and took what was paid for already. Spa..... Partner used the spa facility. 25 euros and she loved it. 80mins of foam massage, aloe Vera massage, sauna, scrub and steam room etc. The only negative was she said while she was relaxing on her back after a facial cleanse she was tapped on her shoulder to ask about buying more. Come on now. Pool,..... Pool is huge. Even when busy you have space. Slides were OK, could be bigger or better but it was OK. Kids loved it. Chairs and sun beds really needs sorting out. Uncomfortable, and people go out to put towels from 5am, I suggest latest put ur towel down just before 7 or you will miss out. Put your towels down, chill by pool for an hour then go breakfast after. 8. Entertainment...... the entertainment was decent. The guys running the show were incredible from the music set up the dances around pool, to darts, and pool fun. These guys deserve a raise. Very friendly and always remembered me when they walked past and referred me to my name (superman). Amazing guys. T

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel staff does not speak or understand English properly, making communication difficult, and many of them had a very arrogant attitude. The hotel was completely overcrowded with queues everywhere, and people were rude and self-centered. The location is not good, and there is very little to do in the surrounding area. Without a car or organized trips, there’s nothing to do. Alanya city center and its beaches are too far to walk. The hotel’s own beach was okay and not too crowded, about 400–500 meters away, with a shuttle provided by the hotel. The hotel room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, but the room had a bad smell from day one (cigarette), which caused headaches. In the bathroom, shower water spread across the entire floor and wouldn’t drain, as the only drain was under the shower and the water couldn’t flow back there. We had to keep wet towels on the floor, which the cleaners didn’t always replace. In addition, the floor was EXTREMELY slippery and therefore dangerous – we almost fell several times. Initially, cleaning was fine, but in the last few days, we didn’t get all our towels back or even changed, and eventually there was no cleaning at all for the last three days. Also, the room had only one very small trash bin in the bathroom, which filled up immediately even with minimal waste. The hotel’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were the same every day. Most dishes were not labeled, making it very difficult for a vegetarian to find suitable food, even though the hotel was described as vegetarian-friendly. People were rude, cutting in line, and children were eating directly from the serving dishes using the same utensils others used to take the food. The food was just barely mediocre. There was no room to eat indoors, and outside you had to eat in cigarette smoke as people were smoking at nearby tables. Tables were left in a horrible state, and the amount of food waste was shocking. It was impossible to get a sunbed by the pool, as other guests reserved every single one with towels and personal items – even overnight – and nothing was done to prevent this. The advertised à la carte restaurant and gym did not exist. The only positive thing was Ali, who is mentioned in many other reviews as well. He organized trips and car rentals, spoke good English, and made sure guests were well taken care of. He gave a very warm and friendly welcome every day. All in all, this is not a 4-star hotel — at best, it’s a 2-star, maybe 3 on a good day.
