Mc Arancia Resort & Spa Hotel

(It didn't allowed me to attach video so I added some pictures only) We have never been so tired (both mentally an physically) and so frustrated, disappointed and angry after our holidays. Never! Now we know that our choice of the MC Arancia Hotel it was a COLOSAL MISTAKE!!! We never spent our money for such awfully dirty, loathsome, sluttish hotel. Wasted Money! Wasted Time! This hotel maybe had 5 stars but probably over thirty years ago! In our opinion, at the moment, it is even not 3. If we only knew that the MC Arancia Hotel is a gloomy, dirty and stinking hole we would never buy that holidays. The swimming pools, garden, outdoor canteen and beach WERE GOOD and CLEAN but it is not enough to rate the hotel 5 stars, especially for that stench, dirt and mess around; awful rooms with horrible dirty bathrooms; dirty canteen where you can lose your appetite; for that bad quality food served for people; for rude workers at the reception (not all of them, but most). This time, like never before, we decided to book 10 nights! We came back tired and frustrated! That’s fraud! With a broken heart I wonder who we sponsored as these holidays were not worth the money we paid. There is no question of ordinary rest or ordinary holidays here. There is frustration, tiredness and helplessness after and it is the reason why we decided to place a complaint and apply for a refund of the costs of our pseudo-holidays as in our opinion, the conditions of our holidays included in the contract and description were not met. The first impression after entering the MC Arancia hotel - a dirty, stinky nightmare. Our room was very similar – awful smell; awfully dirty bathroom; used and accidentally placed scrap furniture. We had a dirty armchair with a huge burnt hole (approximately 5cm) on the middle of it. After our first night we asked or holiday assistant of a possibility to change the hotel as MC Arancia is too dirty, too noisy and too stinky for us. He said that it might take 3 to 4 days and they will not give us guarantee that the other hotel will be better. Sadly, we decided to stay in as we didn’t want to waste our holidays by waiting in uncertainty and generating more stress. They promised to give us a better room instead but it turned out impossible at that time. For the first four nights we were unable to go to sleep before 3am because our room was situated over the bar (with alcohol, opened every day up to 2am), next to the lobby. The lobby is situated in the huge hall, 6 levels high, which increased (echo) screams and all the noise from bar as well as a cacophony of piano strumming, which was available to everyone, even for those who even don’t have a clue about that instrument and music. As soon as the bar was closed the cleaning crew started its job for next hour with not respecting silence at night, shuffling stools and with all that noise linked to their job. i have really enjoyed my stay at mc arancia hotel the hotel staff are very helpful and nice.the hotel rooms are very nice and clean.the entertainment is amazing.the beach is so beautiful at night and it is basically on the hotel. great place to stay. Also thanks to Assel guest relation!

Great guy that helps organising us great trips super fun and really honest prices look for guy named Mahmut he’s official rep. About hotel big disaster , staff doesnt know most basic information, mood in bathroom, cleaning is absolutely joke been trying to get my room cleaned for 5 days same asking for fresh towels 5 days!!!! I would never come back to this hotel again don’t know how they got 5 stars rating , Only reason this review got more than one star is Mahmut that’s super friendly and helpful guy

We have recently returned from a lovely 10 day stay and both myself, my husband along with our three teenaged boys enjoying our holiday. Mahmut Is amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We were lucky to have him as our rep. We stayed on the lower ground and the housekeeper in our area was amazing. We had clean rooms daily, fresh towels when needed, toiletries, toilet rolls and our fridge was always stocked with water, Fanta, coke and sprite. Also tea and coffee in room. The pool was brilliant, the beach area for our hotel kept clean and the entertainment was very good. My only negative was the rudeness of other guests. They pushed in at meal times, stacking their plates high with food yet left most of it, which I thought so wasteful. They literally left rubbish wherever they sat which meant the staff were continuously cleaning up after them and this I felt was so ignorant. I even had one lady push in at the bar, demanding the barman pour her a coke for her son, even though I had waited my turn and was about to be served for my children’s drinks, I can still visualise her eyes boring into the poor barman and I really felt for him. I dislike rudeness and unfortunately there was plenty of that to see during my stay. The food was nice and I never had a problem with any dishes, there were salads, meats, cheeses, fries, pastas, rice, fruit, puddings and plenty to choose from. Those who have mentioned food as an issue are clearly rather fussy eaters. There, I’m my opinion is plenty of choice for everyone. The hotel was about two hours from the airport but the coach in was fine. We did the relaxed boat trip which was good although the sea was a bit rough that day so are journey was a little rocky! We did the trip to the market, but I probably wouldn’t bother with this if we went again. The shops just down from the hotel were fine and cheaper for ice creams if you missed the ice cream slot at the hotel. 2-4pm I think! We took lira but everything is in Euros so next time I’d use that. The staff were friendly and although some didn’t speak English well I couldn’t complain as I couldn’t speak their language either!! As a family we did enjoy are stay and would visit again.

DO NOT stay at this hotel the worse hotel we have ever stayed in staff very rude bedrooms didn't get cleaned for the 10 days we was there entertainment two girls danced to one song and that was it and that wasn't everyday 14 of us went half got food poisoning really bad Music blasting out till 2:30am every night from the out side restaurant area and there was noone there just annoying ppl who are trying to sleep 12am would of been fine Be careful walking around out side the hotel as we got stopped by to men and was asked to go with them..... Just the worse hotel

First time in turkey. We will definitely come back, the pool and beach are beautiful. The food is varied for all and the entertainers work so hard all day and make every body feel welcome. they are a credit To the hotel good work guys. Make sure you bring lots of sun cream
