Jednoduše skvělá dovolená se vším jak má být. Tento hotel byla trefa do černého. Je krásný, ideálně velký, pěkně zrenovovaný a má vyborně upravenou pláž s vlnolamem, díky kterému se pohodově vykoupete, i když je všude kolem moře zrovna divočejší. Personál je velmi ochotný a příjemný. Speciálně v restauraci se o nás perfektně staral moc milý číšník Samet Tanir, který byl vždy velmi pozorný a hlídal, aby nám nic nechybělo. K dokonalosti celého zážitku patřila i turecká lázeň Hammam a masáže, které jsme si nakonec dopřáli čtyřikrát. Maséři byli velice šikovní. Po první masáži jsme probrali naše problémy a postupně je napravovali. Rozhodně návštěvu místních lázní musím doporučit, protože tam pozvedli náš celkový zážitek z dovolené na maximum. V blízkosti hotelu najdete i rozptýlení v podobě vodních sportů a možnosti nákupů. Výlety do okolí také stojí za to. Myslím,že dovolenou zde si zopakujeme. Vše bylo na 1* Simply great vacation with everything as it should be. This hotel was a hit. It is beautiful, ideally sized, nicely renovated and has an excellently groomed beach with a breakwater, thanks to which you can swim comfortably, even if the sea is wilder all around. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Especially in the restaurant, we were perfectly taken care of by the very nice waiter Samet Tanir, who was always very attentive and made sure we didn't miss anything. The Turkish Hammam and massages, which we ended up having four times, were also part of the perfection of the whole experience. The masseuses were very skilled. After the first massage, we discussed our problems and gradually corrected them. I definitely have to recommend a visit to the local spa, because they raised our overall vacation experience to the maximum. In the vicinity of the hotel you will also find diversions in the form of water sports and shopping opportunities. Trips to the surrounding area are also worth it. I think we will repeat our vacation here. Everything was at 1*

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Aria with our 3 girls. The family room was large and spacious with plenty of space for our luggage and two decent sized bathrooms with showers. We thought the food was really nice and there was plenty of choice with themed evenings, ensuring it wasn’t too repetitive. The staff were really friendly throughout our stay with a particular shout-out to our waiter in the restaurant, Samet. He couldn’t have done enough for us and always ensured the drinks we wanted were waiting for us when we came down to eat. The girls had a great time in the pools and the waterslides kept them busy for hours! Access to a private beach area is also a big plus and neither the pool or the beach ever felt crowded. The only area for improvement would be some evening entertainment for kids as the kids disco is a bit young for children about 7/8 years. Despite that we would definitely return in the future

Had a 10 night stay here and can’t fault it! I stayed here with my boyfriend and family and everyone had an amazing time! The food was amazing, the entertainment was brilliant all of the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! Thank for an amazing stay! Tamik was also great we loved him!

Mixed feelings on this. Let’s start with the positive.. Waiting and bar staff are friendly and helpful (Mustfa was very good). The hotel is beautiful as is the beach. Lots of sun loungers available and food/drink easily accessed in the day. The less positive Food poisoning. Spoke to Operations Manager after I called reception who said I would have to come to reception. Eventually I was able to get away from the bathroom. The Operations Manager promised to investigate, send food for analysis but never heard back from him - Artun Aydin. There was a much bigger focus on ‘we have 200 guests and no one else has mentioned it’. I did tell him that another family had sent chicken back after it was served pink to their child, but they said that they have a food tester (despite the fact I see them piling food out that was kept luke warm) and the other guest relations manager seemed more interested that we hadn’t shown for their ‘sell speech’ as he didn’t recognise us. Music is not appropriate for the family. Worse song played was ‘you’re a bad b/tch, come here and play your rent’. It certainly felt more like a couples holiday with dance music played 90% of the time. Swearing in songs is consistent. The main pool was taken over by the animation team by running water aerobics and games at the same time. This meant that again younger children were not really able to go into the main pool. Perhaps splitting up the games/aerobics would have been more sensible. Food was ok (food poisoning not included) but not a lot of variety and pretty similar each night. The first night we arrived late (11:30pm) and were told the only food available was soup and bread until 2:30am, where they serve a mini breakfast buffet. This is clearly to cater for the clubbers and drinkers, not family. Hotel does not know how to make cocktails with my favourite being one guest asking for a Long Island tea, only to be asked if he wanted alcohol in it! That would make it a coke.. Overall, this is not a 5 star hotel and is certainly not a family oriented establishment. I will not be retuning and quite disappointed after reading the rave reviews. Far too many other places to visit and spend my hard earned money than risk it here again.

It is a really nice hotel and the animation team made our experience and stay a lot better! There are a lot of activities and Gino is the best magician. We really enjoyed the food variety and colorful cocktails. The beach is very clean and the staff at the hotel friendly and helpful.

We have been here 10 day . the foods very testy we liked. we love this hotel bc of animation team ! night shows was amazing good . Create activities, nice team, Jay Jay is always positive and keeping the mood up :) se you next year ! we want come back !
