Location is good and near to vfs center. Food and room service is ok. I think this hotel is overpriced because of its location.

This is not a proper hotel. They have few very small room in a building. Very bad condition of room and bathroom. Very poor service. There was no water in the bathroom in the morning and we were asked to move to another building early in the morning. Worst experience ever. Don't book this hotel at all

The room was good. The hotel staff was friendly; dining was excellent. Facility wise, the hotel is a good pick. And cost effective too.

Great crying is little wool too too too expensive hotel but service is too too poor bathroom like raiway station bathroom

I stayed at the hotel for one night. I chose the hotel because it is very close to the vhf visa processing centre, where i had an appointment the next day. The room was decent. It was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. There was a window ac (with a remote) which worked well. There was a tv with tataplay subscription. Unfortunately, only free channels and a few other channels were available. The hotel had not subscribed to the rest. I ordered room service for dinner (hakka noodles) and it was a decent meal. The breakfast buffet the morning was also decent. Nothing fancy, but good enough for the pricing. There is a big mall right opposite the hotel, so you can do shopping too if you wish! all in all, it was a good stay and i will the hotel to you.

Room service was very poor. Manager and staffs were inoperative. Breakfast & lunch dinner is not up to the mark.

By gps location. Hotel amenities are not up to mark of rent. And the rent was more by rs 500- than the actual rent tariff of hotel.

Location, food and cleanliness is good. But certain improvement such as change of pillows, bathmats, placing towel rod behind the door in stead of above the commode is still needed. As the renovation is continuing, it will be taken care of.

Feeling was very horrible because room is very compact, very old and dirty. Even every order for room service asking for bill payment while bill will paid once order completed.
