we booked for nov 9, 2024 and done a payment during our journey to kolkatta (8th nov, free cancellation is just before 7th nov)they msg me that your booking is cancelled due to some of their personal reasons, after we interfere with them via message and call they agree to give a room, but it does not match with the original photos.. it was very old facility room. i am not personally recommented anyone to rising guest house

Rooms are clean, excellent services. Lake view front. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended. If u want a budget friendly accomodation near itc sonar/science city.
