I have no words to explain my terrible journey. Property location not good and unhygienic. Food service is okk

Very good stay for business trip, staff behaviour also good last but not the least food was also tasty. I recommend this hotel for business trips.

I recently stayed at Rituraj Hotel in Kolkata, and overall, it was an average experience. The location is quite convenient, especially if you’re traveling for business or need access to central parts of the city. It’s close to public transport, and a few local eateries are within walking distance. The rooms are decent but could use a bit of renovation. The furniture felt outdated, and the cleanliness was just okay—not bad, but not spotless either. The air conditioning worked fine, and the basic amenities like hot water and Wi-Fi were functional. Service was hit or miss. Some staff were polite and helpful, while others seemed disinterested. The check-in process was smooth, but room service took a while whenever I ordered something. Food at the in-house restaurant was average too—not bad, but nothing memorable. It’s suitable for a quick meal if you don’t want to go out. In summary, Rituraj Hotel is a reasonable option if you’re on a budget and looking for a place to stay without high expectations. It gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, service, and maintenance.

building is very old and need to change all thing ... without walking no other option for in & out I think this is place to run hotel run fruit stall

stay is good, location is bit inside, cleanliness of room is good. room service is good. restaurant available and food is also good. bed is not much flexible
