Average stay, property is good, need little improvement in service and quality should improve a bit in food quality

Average stay and service
the swimming pool area should have cleaned properly and there was too much chlorine in the water
food quality should be improved, quality wise and variety wise it's just feedback not a complaint, overall the property is good, just need to improve a bit in quality and service

The place is so calm and grieved with nature connections. Staff members are polite as well as room service is good. overall hospitality is cool.

Poor housekeeping rooms and linen are dirty no hot water facilities food is bad overall horrible experience for the kind of money we paid

It was a great experience to visit the resort with my family. The rooms on the Machan were a unique experience, and the hotel staff service was excellent. Ankit, Rakesh, and Raju were especially helpful during lunch, dinner, and breakfast. I highly recommend this resort—it’s also budget-friendly

Good stay. Good hospitality everything is need and clean. Staff friendly nature helping and food quality and taste is good. Rooms are awesome.

Had a terrible experience of waking up at night with leaked water/urine and footsteps sound of civet cat on our roof,poor fellow is scavenging dirt and leftovers of uncleaned food in the resort . Post waking up looked up to the ceiling to get a clue and found out there are cracks in the ceiling that have been cello taped to avoid water leakage. If I had been intimated regarding this situation in wooden Machan would had probably tried for tiger suite as we are wild life enthusiasts and all these experiences cut short on the joy of wildlife moreover asking for help the kitchen guy asked me to go to sleep . Please consider to check the roof before opting for Wooden Machan
