It was quiet and cozy. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling! The villa we stayed in had little power supply, which made it a little difficult.

Not recommended to stay here. The room isn’t comfy enough to sleep. Air-condition was very noisy and the bathroom wasn’t working well. There are lot of staffs around but helpless. Only thing staff could do only says “Sorry”. They can’t fix anything cause management set the rule up very restricted. We have problem alot about the transfer car. It’s not cover the timing of ferry. Beach was nice. Food was okay. Better just to visit for sunbath. cause the tour boat will take you there anyway to see the turtle. Even we paid to stay there. They still asked you to pay for snockling anyway. Not worth it

Hotel was beautiful. Snorkeling off the beach was pretty good, small sharks, turtles, tropical fish. The beach was busier than expected. Hotel is removed from hubbub but beach is public and well used. Hotel has basic shuttle service to main area. Hotel rooms would benefit from in room sitting.

บรรยากาศโดยรอบโรงแรมดีมาก ฟีลดี ชิวได้ ทั้งวัน มีสระน้ำสองสระ ห้องทำความสะอาดดี แม่บ้านน่ารักพูดเก่ง มีรถโรงแรมบริการรับส่งท่าเรือเป็นรอบๆ **แต่ห้องพักไม่มีสายฉีดชำระ คนไทยไม่ชิน และห้องอาหารสำหรับทานอาหารเช้าไม่เพียงพอต่อแขกที่เข้าพักทำให้ต้องเล่นเก้าอี้ดนตรี และที่ไม่โอเคเลยคือ พนักงานที่ห้องอาหารไม่ต้อนรับเลย ยืนอยู่นานไม่ทักทายหรือช่วยหาที่นั่งหรือแม้แต่จะจัดหาที่นั่งหรือโต๊ะให้ไม่มีเลย ไม่ประทับใจสุดๆ ไลน์อาหารก็มีน้อยเมื่อเทียบกับราคาห้องพัก

ทุกอย่างคือดี เหมาะแก่การมาพักผ่อน บรรยากาศ พนักงาน ห้องพักดีไปหมด ถ้าได้มาเที่ยวเกาะเต่าอีกครั้ง จะกลับมาพักที่นี่ เพราะชอบที่นี่ไปแล้ว🥰

หาดส่วนตัวจริงๆ บรรยากาศดี น้ำใส ติดว่าวิลล่าtypeที่เลือกพักเดินไกลจากตัวตึก เวลาจะไปทานอาหารเช้าหรือออกไปไหนก็จะเดินไกลนิดนึงค่ะ ไม่มีรถกอล์ฟบริการ

幾乎沒寫過攜程點評，這是最認真的一條。非常非常非常不推薦 1. 地理位置和描述不符：酒店號稱在鯊魚灣（shark bay），但實際上距離真正的shark bay還有距離，並不是游泳/步行可到，你必須乘坐taxi boat才能到。taxi boat大概1000-1500🐷/人/次； 2. 酒店的房間很小很破：酒店設施非常舊，布草不是很乾凈。別墅房甚至連一張椅子、桌子都沒有。回到房間你衹能坐在床上，買了東西衹能在户外涼亭裏吃，但是涼亭裏全是蟲子蚊子 3. 酒店完全無服務：前台電話打不通，永遠打不通！在房間裏要任何服務都要走到前台，如果要餐具，不好意思你還得自己走到餐廳去拿。在沙灘上要毛巾，也要走到前台拿。路程非常遠，路過的服務員不會幫你做任何事或者call前台。最誇張的是：住宿期間攜程為了幫忙協調房間問題打給酒店也從來沒打通。最後是打給我，我拿着手機給酒店前台接聽才解決的。 4. 餐廳不要有期待，首先環境就一塌糊塗，其次菜也很少，所以0消費 5. SPA沒體驗，但從我在蘇梅體驗的某個全球10大spa來看，泰國spa就算了吧，又low又貴，上海隨便拉一家團購都能吊打

ชอบมากๆๆเลยค่ะ ที่พักสวยมากๆๆ บรรยากาศดี สอบตรงสระว่ายน้ำ และต้นมะพร้าวมากๆ ดูมีซิกเนเจอร์ดี มีทั้งกิจกรรมเรือคายัค สน้อคกิ้งดว้ยย ประทับใจจจจสุดๆๆ อาหารเช้าก็ดีมากๆๆค่า

ที่พักสะอาดมาก วิวสวย พนักงานทุกคนบริการยอดเยี่ยม ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสครับ ประทับใจครับ

酒店位置好，大環境不錯，餐廳繁忙，食物不好吃，服務差強人意，早餐咖啡機三天都是壞的，前台服務很好

Dave was so helpful planning activities through the resort. We did a snorkeling tour and private sunset cruise that he recommended which ended up being our favorite night of the trip! The resort itself was a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

We stayed at this hotel for (luckily only) 3 nights in May 2024. Sharks Bay (hotel beach) is so beautiful!!! We had a hideaway villa which was also clean. Because the villas are made of wood and are partly built in the forest, you can hear very loud animal noises at night. The walls of the villa were not tight, so we had a 30-40cm long Thokee Geko in our bathroom. The hotel staff was definitely the most unfriendly staff we had, compared to all the other hotels we visited during our trip. You didn't feel welcome in the hotel at all. There are 3 restaurants, of which only one was open. The breakfast and the a la carte food were OK, but definitely no recommendation. There is a spa area and a diving school, but there was no information…. There was neither a brochure, nor a price list, nor staff at the entrance to each area. In our opinion, this hotel doesn't deserve the 4 stars!
