Friendly staff, nice serene place. Good atmosphere for relaxation. The bathtub on the balcony is awesome. We enjoyed it a lot!

We upgraded our room to a hydro pool villa and it was fantastic! Made a lot of difference to our experience in Koh Samui. All thanks to Terry, who offered us an irresistible offer for the upgrade. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location in Lamai. The beach is fantastic and the sea, clean and clear. Very gentle waves, which made it great for swimming or just floating on your back. Terry was exceptional in his attitude and service, checking in on us every day to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There are 2 things which I believe the hotel can improve on: 1. The hot food selection for the breakfast buffet. The fresh bread and homemade jam, as well as the egg station (the shakshuka is worth waiting for), and the variety of cereal were great, but the cooked food lacked variety and quality. Some Thai dishes didn’t look appetising at all. 2. When we were staying in Chaweng, the hotel staff there would set up the deck chairs at the beach with towels for us, and brought us complimentary glasses of iced water(without us requesting for them). It was a kind gesture very much appreciated, especially in the heat of a sunny day. That is what I call 5-star service- when you can anticipate the needs of your guests. Perhaps Pavilion Samui can learn from that. Having said that, we will definitely be back in Koh Samui again, and if we choose to stay in Lamai again, Pavilion Samui will still be our 1st choice.

We had a great 3 night stay. The location is perfect in Lamai, right on the beach and next to the night market and main street. The service was top notch, thank you!

This hotel was amazing, fantastic location on the beach, wonderful staff, and an amazing selection of amenities. After reading previous reviews we booked a room with a small private pool, so delighted that we did! Make sure that you get the best room your budget can afford…the private pool was amazing!

The front desk service wasn’t the best but the service at breakfast area, bar tenders and the valet was great and helpful. The beachfront view was immaculate and would recommend to friends and family

去吃早餐，還沒到餐廳，就傾盆大雨了，困在餐廳外，幾個服務員看見了，都不拿把傘來接我們，任我們風雨中凌亂，離開的時候想借把酒店的傘，死活不給，餐廳到房間也就是半分鐘的事，經理非常死板。 房間很小，設施老舊，離開那天收拾行李還莫名停電兩次。 早餐品種不算多，不配攜程五星的標準。 不會再住了。

環境不錯，沙灘挺好，和介紹視頻出入不大。孩子挺喜歡，餐廳的飯菜還挺好吃。周邊有個小型夜市，7-11超市也不遠

Check In 叫我們進房等，我在房內看著工人把兩張小床合而為一。枕頭套是有污漬，洗手間是破爛的，天花是污漬滿佈，毛巾都是又硬又破的，外邊按摩浴池喉嚨有破的、也有斷的。花洒開關壞的。我最不滿意是把自己評為五星，這品質有相為證，三星賓館都不如。早餐都是加工肉，想找新鮮食物是不可能的。 酒店進門就有地主神位，也有中文名稱的會議室，估計是中國人老闆。兩百美元一晚住在這又破又髒的房，我窗簾都不敢動，我不想做人肉吸塵機。 我租了兩天，一進去拍了照就申請換房或早一天離開，又沒得換房又不肯退，基本上員工看見是中國人就不悅，是不是他們老闆太苛刻？我Check Out時把鎖匙交給服務員，到拿收據一刻他沒說過半句話… 其實黑店世界那裏都有，但這家真是丟盡中國人的臉，請你把中文字和神位都收起，繼續做生意吧。 Check In asked us to go into the room and wait. Приехали второй раз . Были немного разочарованы: вилла оказалась устаревшей и очень неудобный туалет/ душ,который был совмещённый. К тому же из ванной есть окна на бассейн и они не были ничем прикрыты ( не было тонируюшей пленки на одном из них). Была шторка ,но она была крайне мала и не помогала спрятать унитаз от взора с улицы. В душевой зоне нет ни одного крючка,чтобы повесить халат или полотенце. Зато в ванной размещены все шкафы и сейф. То есть когда кто то принимает душ или туалет ,нет возможности взять свои вещи ( да и хранить вещи в сырости мне не нравится).Замок двери был ржавый и очень сложно его закрыть ,тем более не предусмотрено никакое освещение. Вечером это было целое приключение: как только ты вынимал ключ из устройства,,через 5секунд вилла погружалась во тьму и тебе надо было закрыть дверь виллы, по ступенькам в темноте выйти во двор и в темноте закрыть ещё одну дверь во дворик. Во дворике были два шезлонга ,но нет зонта или навеса ,чтобы спрятаться от зноя или дождя. Когда был дождь вещи сушить негде. Про завтрак: голодным вы не останетесь, но разнообразия точно не хватает. Тайских блюд было очень мало, чем питаться: это станция омлетов и сосиски, мюсли. Фрукты : арбуз,ананас, манго,дыня неспелая ,бананы( чередовали по 3вида) Бассейн и пляж были хорошие. Но прямо перед отелем камни..надо отходить немного в сторону. Для заказа напитков на пляже надо ходить в бар к бассейну ( это не удобно). Также в прошлом году вечером красиво расставляли фонари и пуфы на пляже,можно было выпить коктейль в приятной обстановке..теперь этого нет и часть шарма отеля пропала.

Trip przekłamuje ponieważ ten hotel nie ma 5 gwiazdek ale 4. Według mnie nawet 3,5. Wymaga remontu i jest zaniedbany. Leżanki sie rozpadają, basen w oklepanym stanie. Byłam podczas tego wyjazdu w 4 innych hotelach i ten na pewno nie zasługuje na takie opinie, Basen z widokiem na może jest dostępny do ok 16 bo już proszą o zabranie rzeczy ponieważ rozkładają kolację. Obsługa bardzo miła ale to generalnie uroki całej tajlandi :-) Trip po moim zgłoszeniu dwukrotnym nie wrócił do mnie z żadną informacją zwrotną.

自帶的海灘🏖️很棒 可以悠閑得躺一天 整體風格很很喜歡 海島椰樹🌴 不過我們是住在街對面 房間很大 不過歸屬感不強 酒店工作人員服務意識還行 前台接待感覺像不得不態度好 而非真心態度好 按摩浴缸🛁使用不太順暢 不過也做了補償 早餐水果不夠新鮮 菜品不算豐盛

酒店位置非常好。沙灘很細膩。酒吧正對大海。景觀好 酒店比較老。維護的比較好。性價比挺好。夜市就在酒店的旁邊 吃東西很方便。商業街離酒店很近。走路大概5-10 分鐘。介紹餐廳 按摩店很多。很方便。sea food night market 很好。吃飯建議去這裏。 酒店經理LYN非常好。入住酒店的時候親自介紹酒店房間設施酒吧泳池等。非常nice。酒店其它經理也很好。總體來講是性價比很好的酒店。 酒店晚上看日落 早上看日出 非常美
