蘇梅島這家酒店讓我覺得很驚喜，度假就應該是這個樣子，慵懶的時光，偶爾的暴雨，沙灘的美女，住的這個方型可以説滿足了所有我對度假別墅的要求，服務沒的説，七點才開的餐廳，我們六點來，也一樣特意給我開了，早餐是半自助，半點單的方式，味道很不錯，還做了spa，也很正宗，臨走時還有小貓咪來送行哦，哈哈，太可愛了，相信我們這會是你夢中的度假酒店

這個酒店服務周到細緻。還給我升級到一線海景別墅。瑜伽課非常專業，上課的地方景緻太美了。

酒店服務很好，私密性好 但是海灘很一般，不要能下海 泳池不錯，出門不方便需要叫車 私密和方便二選一

This hotel was our favourite on our month long travel around SE Asia. The staff, attention to detail were excellent. The facilities were clean and well kept. Loved the gym, beach options and breakfast was great, as you are basically able to order whatever you want. The food was good, drinks a little pricey but perhaps what you would expect. Little touches and attention to guests are what made us like this hotel so much.

We had an unbelievable stay at Napasai. The staff was fantastic - going above and beyond from check in to accommodating for a late check out. The room was the nicest we've ever stayed in and they left treats for us daily. It was a perfect way to spend our honeymoon and worth every penny.

We are spoiled with abundant choices in Koh Samui and we picked the stellar one - Napasari, A Belmond Hotel. Our priorities are 1. excellent weather 2. Private & nice sand beach 3. Excellent sports and wellness facilities 4. Sense of privacy and serenity, Full score on all dimensions but above all the staff. Chud the wellness and fitness manager has been unreal. You keep the team and all the facilities in top notch conditions. We will come back becoz of you.

An excellent resort, facilities are superb, many complimentary activities, staff are fantastic, friendly and speak good English. Our Ocean front villa with four bedrooms was exquisite, large en-suite room sizes, upper and lower dining area, private pool and beach, all of which was kept clean and tidy regularly throughout each day. Restaurant food has good choice and was delicious. This was our fourth family stay over the last 12 years and we will be back again for sure.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Napasai Resort in Koh Samui! From the warm and friendly staff to the stunning beachfront views, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were luxurious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The resort’s amenities, especially the pool and spa, were top-notch, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a highlight with delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented dishes. This is truly a paradise escape, and I can’t wait to return!
