Beautiful location with helpful and friendly staff

I wouldn’t go back , internet didn’t work for 2 days, fridge in the room beep so loud I had to switch it on at night. The ponds in the garden are dirty and the water is stuck

Расположение домиков отличное: в красивой живописной бухте, в которой белый мелкий песок и прозрачная вода. Есть лежаки, бассейн, выдают пляжные полотенца. На лежаках надо почистить матрасы. Очень неприятно лежать на них: все в грязных пятнах. Поэтому снизила балл за чистоту. В номерах чисто, только окна заклеены плёнкой в комнатах, и эта плёнка какая то грязная. Вообще прозрачные стёкла только в комнате на входе, в спальнях окон как бы и нет: узкие и заклеенные плёнкой. Номера очень простые и аскетичные. Вода в душе была еле тёплая. Убирают каждый день. Магазин рядом. Кафе тоже. До Ламая 30 минут пешком. Тротуар есть. Нам понравилось.

Прекрасное местоположение и красивейшая бухта, но огромные проблемы с безопасностью. Очень не люблю писать негативные отзывы, но придется. Отель расположен в красивейшей бухте. Но в первые де два часа нашего пребывания у нас украли все наличные деньги из сейфа, пока мы купались, а там были средства на весь отпуск, около 1500 долларов в различных валютах. Очень странная ситуация, т.к. сейф был закрыт на код и номер закрыт. Украли только наличные деньги. Карты и паспорта остались нетронутыми. Менеджер отеля сразу вызвал полицию, которая взяла у нас показания и сняла отпечатки пальцев с сейфа. Но расследование так и не принесло никаких результатов. При более тщательном изучении я заметил что на территории отеля почти нет камер видеонаблюдения, сама территория отеля является незакрытой, через отель проходит много посторонних людей, есть прямой открытый проход с общественной парковки. Вместо нормальных дверных замков установлены обычные дверные ручки, которые обычно ставят на межкомнатных дверях. Так-же сейфы уже очень устаревшие, например у наших друзей сейф уже не открывался кодом, а приходилось закрывать его ключом. Т.е. насколько я понял проникнуть в номер и открыть сейф для воров не составляет трудностей. Так что советую всем ни в коем случае не пользоваться сейфом для хранения ценностей. И конечно после этого случая мы не могли чувствовать себя в безопасности и отдых был испорчен. Из отзывов и разговоров с полицией я понял, что это уже не первый случай в этом отеле. Будьте осторожны и хорошего всем отдыха.

Die Lage war schön. Der Strand und das Restaurant waren sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten leider ein veraltetes Zimmer. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider hat es etwas gerochen. Die Außenanlage war jedoch sehr schön und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zu unserer Überraschung wurden wir am Anreisetag von einer sehr gut deutsch sprechenden Damen empfangen.

Creo que esta bastante bien ubicado. Tiene como una especie de playa privada y eso está muy bueno, lo malo es que es medio turbia y hay varias rocas en el suelo. Tiene una pileta estupenda y varias actividades programadas como DJ o shows de fuego. La habitación muy linda también, espaciosa y limpia. El personal también me pareció muy atento y te pueden arreglar un traslado al hotel.

This is the most amazing setting and hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Big thank you to Sunny who was a brilliant welcome host and provided us with loads of helpful tips and ideas. The food is lovely and the surprise dish was the rice soup on the Asian Breakfast which was delish. Thank you for a fantastic holiday. Koh Samui is paradise.

Wonderful! The location is perfect right next to the beautiful beach of Crystal Bay. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Cant thank them enough, they really looked after us. We chose to have breakfast included and so pleased we did! It was delicious. The coffee passed my husbands standards for his needed fix each day. You can have up to three if you wanted! Our son is Gluten Intolerant, and they were well clued up. The menu has gluten free indicated which we found rare to see in others places. For breakfast we had brought bread with us, as had previously read it was hard to source on the Island. The chef was happy to toast this for him to have with the best scrambled eggs we have tasted :oD The pool was cool and clean. And had a cool jungle feel to it when sunbathing on the poolside beds. In fact everywhere was clean. There is a wee bit of work going on as they refresh bit by bit, but it’s good to see this! Exciting for them. It is going to look great. Our rooms were cleaned upon request whenever we needed them to be. The beds soooo comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. And the interconnecting rooms were perfect for our size 5 family. And to add the Thai massage is awesome you must try this! There is also an impressive fire show every Tuesday Friday Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all at Crystal Bay

The beach was excellent, the room was really nice and clean, the yacht club it's self, well, tired, the stairs to our room which had the ocean view, were very tricky to get up and down they are in a poor condition, the food was fine but the service on one meal was Outrageous "It was 9:30 at night eating a nice meal with my wife, five minutes before they said last service for drinks which was fine. then while we were half way through our meal a waiter came up and asked for payment of the meal, truly I was absolutely gob smacked. (I have never ever had this happen in a restaurant ever and I have been to some bad restaurants) it left a very bad taste, here is tip never ever do that to one of your guests again.

My family and I arrived at this resort at 7:30am.. Jetlagged and tired from travel. The girl at the front desk was so nice.. She had the maid clean our room first and we checked in hours early. Yes, the resort has a bit of a 70-80's vibe, but it's grounds are kept perfectly clean and you're staying in the middle of a tropical jungle just steps from the beach! How can you beat that?? Some people that review this place and nitpick the small details will never be happy, because they can't afford the type of luxury they expect from a mid-range resort. The on-site restaurant had delicious food and was great value. The fire-dancers the one night put on an amazing show. The only slight disappointment was the snorkeling wasn't the greatest, but it's not bad if you go out at high tide. This was our favourite resort on our Thai vacation. We hope to be back some day.

Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful beach, trapped by palm trees and gardens. Giant boulders on the beach, spectacular. Restaurant food beautifully presented and tasty. Front of house staff super helpful and friendly. Loved my hut with a view of the sea. Shame I could only stay one night.

Nice beachfront bungalow but mine had the restaurant walkway 1 metre in front so could not have an interrupted sit outside. Also very busy busy beach 1.5 metres in front. (If wanting to swim walk to other end of beach as sea in front of resort has stones and rocks underfoot.) I do not like busy beaches. Good hot water in sink and shower, good wifi and aircon. Good towels for beach and shower. Shower gel and soap. Comfy bed and pillows. The pool is good size but gets very busy as it belongs to the Yacht Club as does the restaurant. Food, I think, is overpriced but cheap eating places if turn left on main road, Also 7-11 there and an ice cream parlour (very nice creams.) Overall not my sort of resort.
