Good value Slightly dated Friendly staff

Affordable price, sweet location and vibes. The whole resort is “hidden” in trees, quite wild. Only thing they gave me a room with sh1t view, on the back of another block, but not too important as I go back just for sleep. Interior lil bit old, specially bathroom, but overall standard quite good. I never woke up in time for breakfast so I can’t tell ya how it taste but everything on the island tasted good I bet they too.

cetait parfait la chambre avec petite piscine privée et vue sur mer absolument magnifique, chambre propre literie confortable , clim salle de bain avec douche et baignoire , petit coin cuisine , service de chambre, 2 bouteilles d'eau tout les jours, et petit déjeuner plus que correct avec superbe vue.... service de location de scooter simplifié , lavage du linge , et voiturette gratuite a disposition pour venir nous chercher ou (amener)a la chambre appreciable car chemin tres en pente ... tout est parfait , super souvenir on reviendra cest sûr 🙏

Les chambres son très très sale beaucoup d’insectes et aucune étanchéité porte et fenêtre Il i a écris accès à la plage sur l’annonce de réservation une fois arriver laba il I a pas de plage Il changer jamais les serviettes

Сервис и персонал на высоте, парк в отеле мне тоже понравился, есть два видовых бассейна. Но номера действительно уставшие и на территории местами тоже необходим вариант. С другой стороны-отличная цена.

Ein sehr schönes Resort. Das Zimmer war mit Gartenblick beschrieben, jedoch gab es auch einen Blick auf das Meer. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal in welcher Angelegenheit. Leider gibt es einen Zugang zum Meer Nürnberg über die Felsen. Aber ansonsten ein wunderschöner Ort für mehrere Nächte Aufenthalt. Frühstück und das Restaurant bieten sehr gutes Essen.

Accès aux bungalow par des allées en pente importante donc il faut attendre la disponibilité du voiturette électrique pour sortir de la hotel sinon à pied bon courage… tenue de la piscine à revoir travaux à faire sièges sales et sols sales, climatiseur des chambres pas propre , vous êtes pris en photo dès votre arrivée sans qu on vous le demande , enfin en ce qui me concerne mauvaise expérience de 10 jours ici . Combats de chiens et chats la nuit bon courage pour dormir… le toit au dessus de ma piscine menace de tomber à tout moment .le personnel vous impose de porter le masque alors qu ils ne le porte pas eux mêmes …

We stayed 4 nights and have no complaints about the room or staff - room was clean, comfortable, good shower, good air-con, nice balcony with sea view, free bottled water and staff were friendly and helpful! However, we think the resort pool areas need tidying / cleaning - the sun-beds had bird poo on them, leaves / dusty mud on the pool area made it feel dirty and tiles missing in the pool. One pool overlooks the sea and it would be so nice if the area was clean. The resort is on a very steep hill - it is effort walking up the hill in the heat but golf buggy service is available and whenever we called them for a lift they arrived very quickly!

This is first time we here at samui island.This hotel not so far from Chaweng .The view was amazing.Staff was friendly and helpful they can recommend a nice place for us thank you very much . Food was very good Room was very clean We will come back again.

This is one of the worst places I have ever seen, and I have been travelling for almost a year now. The service is awful - staff are rude, unhelpful and not at all welcoming. The rooms are filthy (I ended up cleaning my room myself with the cleaning supplies - sticky stuff on counter tops, soap scum all on the shower walls, dust and dirt everywhere). And to top it all off, I found bed bugs in my bed. When I shared my concerns with the staff and told them I needed to leave, I had to argue to get a refund, despite the horrible conditions and awful treatment by staff. They kept telling me that they weren’t able to give me a refund and that I needed to get in touch with the agent with whom I booked. After many conversations, and several weeks of back and forth emails between everyone, I finally convinced the hotel to write an email to the agent and lo and behold, I had a refund almost immediately. I was also told that if I write a bad review about my experience then I would not get a refund for the booking! Not only was this hotel FILTHY, the staff are RUDE, UNHELPFUL and there are BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE.
