This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing views from your very private balcony. The room was comfortable and well equipped. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The owner also owns the attached restaurant Dr Frogs. Food here is good and the breakfasts were excellent with a great choice. I recommend the hotel without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous Oceanside view from my villa. Very comfortable and spacious with ample cool AirCon space inside and roomy balcony with sofa outside. Fast WiFi and Netflix on the Apple TV, it has been such a relaxing stay. I ordered room service from the restaurant Dr Frogs, and had such fun watching Netflix, eating homemade traditional yummy Italian pizza and drinking red wine in my villa🧡. All amenities in the villa, including safe, big fridge, kitchenette equipment, kettle, and swimming towels, slippers & robes. The bed was super comfy with cool Egyptian sheets, and artistic decor throughout. My villa was very quiet and from there, I didn’t hear or see another soul. It was a truly memorable experience - I can’t wait to come back again soon

We stayed 8 nights in room 16 early August. Overall hotel is in OK condition. Great location - yes you can walk to Chaweng Noi (best beach) but it is alongside busy road. We loved our view over Chaweng beach sitting on deck or in hammock. Wished we had asked for a fan to use outside as all your seating is on the deck. Weird room configuration with bathroom being semi outdoors. The room decor is a bit tired. Loved the large fridge. Pity the owner couldn't even extend a simple smile to his guests. Thank you Penny who was exceptionally friendly, as were all the other staff. The food at Dr Frogs is AMAZING. We never had breakfast there but enjoyed several lunches, dinners and room service. All in all good value and we would recommend.

What a fantastic place to stay! This has got to be one of the most quiet, beautiful locations I’ve ever stayed in Thailand. Overlooking crystal clear water, and a *huge* covered balcony, I could sit here for hours (and did many times!) listening to the water and the birds. From this balcony I saw many sea birds, dolphins in the distance, and once I saw fireflies at night! Any bird lovers/watchers, bring binoculars! Some fascinating bird life around the waters edge, including Sea Eagles and hummingbirds. All of the staff here were welcoming, helpful and lovely. Nee was amazing- always greeted with a smile, great suggestions on markets, temples to visit and things to do. She and all of the staff were wonderful. Housekeeping staff were lovely and friendly, and did a wonderful job- room cleaned every day if you like! Room stocked up with water daily (in recycled glass bottles which is so much more eco friendly), alongside coffee, tea, creamer and any toiletries needed. I was amazed that my villa had a kitchen- you could cook up some nice meals in here! No need to though- the restaurant on the property ‘Dr Frogs’ is absolutely delicious. I note quite a few guests who weren’t staying at the villas visiting for dinner also. The chef and all staff are really lovely, and make great recommendations. The breakfasts were exceptional- nothing beats a good morning coffee with fresh Thai fruit and all the eggs, pastries and other usual tasty breakfast options. The sweeping view from the restaurant can’t be beaten. There is a lookout about 5 mins walk away, but the restaurant has the same view! Transport-wise, I’d recommend you rent a scooter, or catch taxis or song thaews as the road is not safe to walk on. Unfortunately there is no foot path and many blind corners, so someone can easily hit you. I don’t know how to ride a scooter otherwise I would’ve rented one to get around, but instead would often get lifts into town from a really sweet taxi driver named Chris who lived nearby, that Boujis recommended. The occasional Song thaew passes also. Nearest 7-11 is about a 5 minute drive away, and you can get to pretty much anywhere on the north/east coast within 15-20 mins drive. Great location! Talking of, the beach next door- Chaweng Noi- is one of the loveliest beaches I’ve been to. It’s a really relaxed, low-key, non-busy beach that locals, fishermen and travellers hang out on. No parties here, just chill :) My fave beach actually! If you buy a drink from one of the resorts that have lounge chairs there they are totally happy for you to hang out on them! All in all, I loved Boujis. Paradise on earth! Can’t wait to come back and stay again :)
