Các đánh giá InterContinental Koh Samui Resort, an IHG Hotel

Hi, I could not able to said all what was I got from here. It's easy to explain for what they have and actually all the facilities are visible from their photos. Then I would like to suggested this resort to who are looking for what I got from here and the answer is --the peacefully-- Everything about my stay here exceeded my expectations. The impression of the location, the size of the area, the vastness of the resort must be described as grand. Makes feel like I have entered another world surrounded by mountains, large trees, and a beach with a wide ocean view. Big and small islands lined up in front of the rooms viewing. Everything makes you forget the chaos of everyday life. Peace of soul and true sense of nature. This is a place that everyone should come to and leave the chaos for few days.

We came here for honeymoon and had so much fun. Great hospitality and experience, which makes us want to come visit here again. Only bad thing is the location. This place is so far from the airport and nearest town is still far.

We stayed in Intercontinental for 2 nights and chosen the Club room with afternoon tea and sunset package benefit. The breakfast & afternoon tea is nice which you can order any drinks you like for the whole day. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free scheduled shuttle service to Tesco and Central Mall which is good as the hotel is far from anywhere especially if you don’t have a car, it’s quite troublesome to go out. For dinner we ate at the nearby Island View Restaurant which provided free transport to the hotel. We requested for a room with lesser steps/staircases distance as my elderly parents were travelling with us and they cannot walk to many steps, which they provided the nearest room from lobby. Room #105 & 106 😉

Decent hotel but nothing special. Room OK but not amazing view with a building in front for the current price considering covid. Service average for the price. (Eg as soon as arrived asking for credit card immediately) No proper executive lounge Nice view from the front desk/ restaurant Next time will go in another 5 stars

沒有讓人失望，可能比想象中的還要好。 碰到的工作人員都很熱情禮貌，特別是kids club裏的小姐姐，非常耐心的陪我女兒在玩。 唯一有點缺陷的是這片沙灘屬於貝殼沙灘，沙子太粗了，不適合小孩子玩沙。

洲際位置比較偏，周圍沒有什麼吃的，最近的7-11也要2.4公里，屬於與世隔絕。海邊礁石比較多，不適合游泳。但是酒店活動還挺多的，在裏面待着不無聊。我參加了拉伸課，免費的，每天有不同的課表，適合運動愛好者。還有皮划艇，浮潛（礁石太多，浮潛格外小心，不適合做），山地車等項目，每天每個項目可以免費玩一小時，非常不錯！再來説説房間，這次住的是別墅雙卧，200平的房間超級大。看出去的view也不錯。再來説説早餐，可以點飲料很豐富，喜歡冷萃，不酸。還有各種雞蛋做法可以要求。炒雞蛋和班尼迪克是我的最愛。超級棒！

酒店除了位置偏了點其他都很好，服務態度很好，景色很美，一切都很完美，住了兩晚離開的時候還意猶未盡，總之很推薦。 設施：雖然有點年頭了但打掃的很乾凈，服務很好。 環境：大堂風景真是絕了，看日落晚霞很合適。 服務：早餐還行，我對吃的要求不高，對我來説可以了，兩個餐廳衹吃了flame，兩人700多，味道比想象中的好，那晚駐場的歌手唱的很好聽，可以原地出道的程度哈哈哈哈。整個度假村人很少，很安靜，很喜歡。

酒店景色簡直驚人的美，訂的別墅，前面就是海灘，酒店裡就能出很多片，工作人員服務細緻周到，管家式的服務體驗很棒，早餐可以用泳池籃子送到客房，唯一的缺點是酒店比較遠，附近也沒什麼商業，適合純玩酒店的客人

儘管衹住了 2 晚，也算是體驗了不少酒店服務設施。做了瑜伽，看了舞獅，分別在 air bar 和沙灘看了日落，看了 fire show ，玩了皮划艇，游泳玩沙，啥都幹了。很不錯。適合親子，雖然在大酒店不便宜，不過跟北京比起來，也差不多價格，但是體驗服務要好很多。特別是給一點點小費的話，服務體驗更好。

優點：風景好，沙灘水很清，乾淨。人很少，主要是歐美旅客。房間很大，寬敞，2 間餐廳味道不錯，IHG 會員有8折，價錢5星酒店來説不算貴，但比外面吃一定貴2-3倍。職員態度很好，親切。因為地方大，去沙灘，吃早餐都要叫車，2-3 分鐘可以有車。泡酒店很不錯的選擇。Spa 很舒服。 缺點：比較遠，自己開車比較方便。不過酒店也有免費班車去市中心和大超市。我是家庭獨棟別墅，有兒童優惠，但職員沒有説，要主動問才有。我住的海景別墅海景有一半被樹擋住了，而且要走樓梯才到。
