Overall is this hotel a quite good point to escape.
We had a fantastic garden villa with an huge bathroom.
Everyone was really kind and friendly.
The only thing what they can work on it we would say it should be first of all the service for drinks and food.
Normally you should have a eye for your guests probably if you have a happy hour to going around at the pool desk and the location, to offer the promotion.
Second they have to make better drinks maybe a cocktail staff training should help.
And last but at least they have definitely to work on the service in the waiting time in the restaurant we had to wait more than 1 1/2 hour for Thai food what’s probably is ready in 10 minutes.
Don’t get us wrong it’s gonna be a beautiful hotel and you will have a beautiful stay at Koh Samui.
It just missing few details to make it perfect.

My boyfriend and I had a great time chilling in our private pool and enjoying room service from the restaurant.
Villa amenities wise - frequent restocking of bottled water, yummy night cookies, and gave us clean towels and stuff daily.
The staff were so friendly and helpful! It was our first time to Samui so we had many questions but they picked up the phone and helped :)
We hired a scooter through the hotel, which was so useful and convenient to us! We didn’t even plan on scooting around but we were thrilled we did it!
Daily breakfast was sufficient - good range of food available and daily chef making different types of eggs for us, the beachfront view was so nice!

Good value for money. The hotel is a 4 star hotel for sure not 5 stars the can improve a lot in almost every aspect of the hotel: Service, Cleanliness, food quality etc. The only real service men was the rock.

Fair house is a surprise for us. The room is carefully arranged and the bathroom is spacious enough. Every staff is well trained and professional. Rock of course is the best, he assisted us with swimming in the sea and the paddle that we felt secure enough. He shared some fun experience. We had a great time. Strongly recommend. 苏梅第一选择 性价比非常非常高

very nice 5Star Resort with alot of activities and an amazing breakfast-bugget. As activities they offer Running, Cycling,Morning Sport, Stand-up Paddling, Kayaking for free. But you can also book cooking-lessons or MuayThai-lessons and more if you want. Every 2 days there is a small cinema event and you even get free popcorn. I am here at low season and it's wonderfully quiet...maybe in high season this is totally different when children are here as the resort is big with many bungalows. But for low season its a very nice place....one thing the beach can be only used at low tide as there is no beach at high tide as the resort is too near to the water.

The hotel is far from the tourist and urban infrastructure - quietly and calmly - but the choice of food is limited. There is only one restaurant in the hotel and for us the food on the menu was too spicy, but for breakfast - everything is fine. The bungalow furniture is old as well as linen, towels, blankets, and pillows which need to be repared/replaced. The big plus: the staff is wonderful - everyone is happy to help, all with a smile and oriented for customers. Thank you. The hotel does not fit 5* level specified in the Trip but in general, our the rest there was 4+.

We booked the Pool Villa and from the photos listing, the villa looks spacious and clean. However, the actual condition of the private pool is terrible. The water has strong smell and instead of enjoying the private pool, what I got was extreme itch bites from "fast-flying" mosquitoes. This type of mosquito has very itchy bites and the whole property are infested with the mosquitoes.
when I ate at the restaurant, while waiting for the food to be served, there was green snake crawling nearby our table. This villa feels like living in a jungle with mosquitoes and snakes that can show up anytime anywhere.
This was my first time here and it would be my last visit at this villa.
