We just want to thank Nikki and her team for making our impromptu visit to the bar and restaurant with 22 of our friends and family a night to remember. Having previously been the bar and restaurant 18 months ago to watch the fire show we raved to all our friends about the chilled atmosphere great cocktails and food we had to bring them here. Nikki thank you for making us feel so welcome and reserving some 22 bean bags on the beach ,you made our visit something to remember for ever .

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the view was breathtaking. I also enjoyed the evening fire show, it was a delightful addition to an already fantastic experience.

Beautiful room, great location, top food, brilliant music, outstanding beach club, superb Saturday night DJ. above all the staff make this hotel and resort….. without the staff the hotel would not be the same the staff ultimately make the resort 😎 THANKYOU AND SEE YOU NEXT YEAR

This is an excellent hotel and great value for money. Rooms are very good and has Netflix, Prime etc. the location is best in Samui and breakfast and food is amazing. I will definitely stay again

The resort has extremely friendly, competent and courteous staff. The rooms are really clean, they have their own WLAN router so that you always have reception everywhere, the beds are absolutely comfortable, the showers also have a decent pressure and nothing else is missing. Women who are always annoyed that there are no hairdryers in the most hotels in Asia are well served for here. If you don't feel like going to the Beach Lounge or a night out in Chaweng, the TV has Netflix. As a guest, you are entitled to a sunbed and fresh beach towels are always available. The food and drink in the Beach Lounge is in the upper price segment by Thai standards, but delicious. Simply perfect.

Amazing property with best hospitality. Rooms are very neat and clean. We took the balcony room. Evening fir ahow was absolutely stunning. Will come here for sure again and spend more nights. 10/10. I will like to recommend this to my friends and family as well.

As the private party around the hotel pool is in full swing (Sunday night/Monday morning) and there’s not much chance of any sleep anytime soon I thought I would draft my review of Elephant Beach Club and Resort. Incidentally we were not allowed in to the party as security informed us it was private, hotel guests are obviously not the priority here. The DJ must love Grease and Dirty Dancing soundtracks, so no great loss. Only loss being sleep and probably the following day, due to lack of it. As a courtesy, the hotel should notify guests in advance that a private party is being held and what time the music will stop, at least this might placate guests a little bit. The hotel itself opened in august 2023 and has an Ibizan look about it, the rooms are better than most you will find in Chaweng, although for the price I would expect some facilities and amenities. Sound proofing and Blackout curtains are also badly needed. The WiFi is very hit and miss, mostly miss. There is a large tv in the room which has Netflix, I noticed the previous occupants already had the subtitles set up, as they must also have been struggling to hear the tv over the noise coming from the pool area in the evening as well. The in-room safe is very small, an iPad will just about fit at an angle, if you have a laptop forget it. I was able to check-in early just after 12pm which was handy. The hotel staff in reception are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is good. A beach bag even though shown on the website is not available in the room. The bed is comfortable and the aircon is good. The hotel is centrally located in Chaweng Beach and only a very short walk to many bars, restaurants, shops and massage places. People from outside of the hotel are openly invited to come and use the pool and sun loungers during the day, there is no exclusivity which I would personally expect when paying for one of the most expensive hotels in Chaweng Beach. Maybe a better idea would be to stay somewhere more peaceful, where you can get some sleep and just come here during the day and use the beach and sun loungers as most people seem to do, very few people around the pool with an Elephant Resort wrist band on. Lots of children from outside using the pool so not much chance to relax by the pool during the day. This is not a relaxing resort, but more a party resort, one night here would have been more than enough for me in hindsight. In the late afternoon the pool staff are moving the pool furniture to prepare for the evening, down the side of the bungalows is where the pool staff stack the sun loungers, so at around 4pm there is banging and shouting as they are stacked up outside the bungalows, no chance of an afternoon snooze before going out. Finally, the menu in the Beach Bar does not include VAT or service charge, so be prepared for that. All in all the Resort seems to be trying to make as much money as they possibly can from non- resident guests and private parties, this is

Fabulous hotel in a great location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfy and slept well every night. Breakfast was delicious and sitting watching over the beach was a lovely start to each day.

Très sympa et joliment décoré ! Le resto était juste incroyable on a vraiment très très bien mangé du cocktail au dessert. Piscine agréable l’après midi et avec des transats vu mer ou même directement sur la plage. Petit déjeuner très bon aussi avec du choix ! Hôtel qui propose également des soirées donc tout y es ! Sans oublié Boum à la réception de l’hôtel qui est super agréable merci à elle!

I loved this little hotel. It’s right in the middle of the action and beachfront. The vibe that has been created is lovely and very Ibizan. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is great. I just happened to be staying when an Ibizan DJ was playing and although the techno was bit hard for me, it was still good. You may want ear plugs if you want to go to bed early. Pool service and beach was lovely. On the fire show circuit as well. I’d definately recommend.

Clean and stylish hotel but cannot exaggerate how loud and difficult it is to sleep here. We weren’t expecting it to be quiet due to the central location but the noise was like the bed was in the middle of a nightclub (noise not only from here but also next door, the road, people wandering between them all). If your only plan is to party, stay here. If you want to have a few drinks but still have the energy to explore, recommend staying further away from Chaweng beach or somewhere like Bophut and visiting here for food and drinks (which were nice!).
