The Porcupine Castle Resort

Hospitality was awesome. Food is awesome, the Coorg style chicken and all the non vegetarian preparation was too good. The rooms were spacious, cozy and very hygienic. The staff was very cooperative and the plantation walk was informative and was amazing. All the staff was very attentive to all the guest and their request. A perfect getaway from all the hustle bustle. The location is very remote and thus gave the perfect experience of serene and solitude. I would suggest 2-3 days visit is best.

This hotel needs to be experienced. Situated inside lush green forest area, the views from all the rooms are excellent. The hotel has warm and helpful staff - reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Keeping rooms & surroundings clean & 24 hours hot water in dense forest areas is not easy but the staff are doing excellent work. Because we were travelling as a couple, they even arranged a candle light dinner which elevated the already great experience. Overall highly recommended !!! P. S. We also got to experience the flag hoisting ceremony of independence day here

We visited this property with family for 2 nights. The experience we had was phenomenal. The location is super. Please go for their mountain view tree house which has an excellent view of the mountains and coffee plantations. The view from other mountain view rooms are also pretty decent. The food was very tasty and the FMS team did a good job in catering to our needs every time . The pool is scenic and one must plan to spend some time there. The last but not the least, the management and on ground staffs are so polite and well trained and courteous. Overall an excellent trip and we plan to return again.

We stayed at Porcupine Castle Resort for two nights & three days. It was a pleasant stay. They serve you amazing food,& staff were very cordial. They were eager to serve you. Special thanks to Hariharan & Manoj for all support during our stay. Recommended this resort who prefer to have peaceful stay & good food. Love to visit again.

Food was very good with best service. Cooperative staff and Room were neat and clean. Surrounding environment was healthy with guide Manoj helped us to know tree plantation with it's uses. Overall I will good to visit and become relax it's best.

It was so good experience. The view from room is so good , it feels like heaven. Staff is so polite and I loved the hospitality they provided. The food was too delicious. Definitely recommend and I love to visit the place again.The stay was total great experience for me and my cousins.

A nice resort in Coorg that gives rustic luxury vibes. The resort was a better option to visit rather than going to crowded North and Madekeri resorts which are more commercialised now and do not offer any hospitality. Visited with my family in car from Bangalore and was a very wonderful drive. The reception area and the welcome experience was really wonderful. The red/maroon colour theme on a backdrop of lush greenery gives a nice local rustic vibe. The timber interiors add to the beauty of the resort. There is a tree house in the vicinity and it takes you back to the childhood dream. Rooms are really nice and are situated on the slope of the hill. There are bridges to reach to your room and it was the highlight of the room entrance. The view from the rooms are nice and it was told to us that porcupines live in the forest below. The infinity pool is made in such a way that can accommodate many guests to show the view of the valley. Great place for children to play. Team outings could be done here too. The cafe has a sitting area close to the valley with hay umbrella structure facing the valley. The staff was kind and hospitable all the time and catered to our small needs In short, it's a wonderful place to stay if you are planning a resort stay in Coorg.

Excellent Hospitality. A beautiful property amidst lush green landscapes. Staff was very courteous, warm and helpful. Beautiful and clean swimming pool overlooking the valley. Rooms & bathrooms are clean, large and spacious. Can easily accomodate family of 4. However, rooms are slightly old fashioned and have scope for an upgrade. Rest everything was 5/5 , would love to visit again ! Thankyou for service

We want to write a review here because we came long way from Hyderabad to stay here in coorg but this resort hospitality here we really impressed every time all the staff always there to help us we totally came 30 plus people we all like stay over here Mainly the host Mr.Manoj really taken good care of us he took us for plantation walk we really enjoyed thanks a lot people in porcupine we will not forget you people in life time
