Nestled in the kakkanad area, Novotel Kochi InfoPark is a business and family hotel. The road leading to the hotel is a narrow one, busy with traffic is recommended not to walk on this road but much safer to travel in a vehicle. Once inside the hotel you have everything such as swimming pool, 24 hour coffee shop, spa, gym, bar etc. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and warm, especially Subhashini at the restaurant was extremely caring and welcoming with a smiling face, always willing to help. She made us really feel at home and I will definitely be a repeat guest due to her hospitality. The open parking area is sufficient, maybe 15 to 20 cars can be parked comfortably with a valet facility. The rooms are quite spacious as compared to other hotels, I would have personally preferred the room without a bathtub. All rooms are non smoking, so there is absolutely no smell of cigarettes in the room or floors. However smoking is allowed in the open space by the pool area. The pool is small but has a stunning view and is decently maintained. Overall a good stay, thank you Novotel Kochi.
