Interessant gestyltes Hotel, schön an der Mosel gelegen. Geräumige Zimmer. Service auf der Terrasse/Biergarten nicht vorhanden. Reine Selbstbedienung am oftmals überfüllten Kiosk. Wenn man Servicepersonal anspricht kommt die Antwort man müsse sich entweder an der Bar im Hotel oder am angesprochenen Kiosk selbst helfen. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 0700, obwohl das Personal am Vorabend auf mehrfaches Nachfragen 0630 sagte. Dann fällt es halt aus. Schade und sehr unschön.
