We had a great stay at La Suite Kobe Harborland. Great Balcony views. No restaurants for breakfast but Room service breakfast delivery including every morning. Staff was very attentive as is standard in Japan. Rained on the day we left making cabs harder to get and staff pulled out a minivan and drove us to the Shin Kobe station to get our train on time. Enjoyed the restaurant and giant showers. Very close to harbor and short walk from Center street. Enjoyed our stay and great service.

we stayed there for two night over all location and rooms are nice , what we dont like they charged for buffet but they don't have live buffet and very less choices for dine in the room buffet , which is not acceptable hope they will change them service in short time......

The stay was totally enjoyed as we are celebrating our 5th honeymoon in Kobe this year. The hotel service was brilliant. We've got an upgrade to a larger room with big bath tub by the window which allow perfect view of the Tower. Will come back to stay again soon. Thank you!

每次來神户必住的酒店，地理位置一般距離最近的車站是JR神户站步行過去要10-13分鐘，去大丸百貨步行也差不多15分鐘，周邊有商場吃東西還是比較方便也很熱鬧但是與神户最中心的三宮相比還是少了很多美食的選擇，但是出於對酒店房間硬件要求比較高還是選擇了這家，早餐是套餐形式可以選擇日式或西式一人一套量大吃不完，每個房間都有陽台和浴缸陽台可以吸煙，雖然交通不便不過下次來還是會住這裏畢竟這是神户市區最棒的酒店！

之前住過，很喜歡，主要是房間面積特別大。臨近入住訂價格還合適馬上取消了其他酒店的訂單，房間大住起來真舒服。但是這次入住沒上次好，一是房間的衞浴有一股空氣不流通的黴味，主要是馬桶間不是24小時換氣。二是陽台好久沒掃了，太臟了。三是早餐不好，麪包很多但用的黃油不香怎麼是植物黃油的味道，主菜不夠豐富。希望改進，總體還是非常好的酒店，備品優質齊全，應有盡有。推薦入住。

先總結非常推薦！真的至少有80平以上，帶陽台（每個陽台都能看到神户塔，角度不同）。非常乾淨。配套的護膚品之類的一應俱全。還有很多小細節驚喜。海就在樓下。步行到神户塔 麪包超人館等打卡地都在10分鐘左右。到舊留地買東西的話也就20分鐘吧。服務非常好！前台有個小哥不僅帥，還聰明。我日語不會，英語很差。比比畫畫立馬都能明白。體驗了日式早餐，要了一杯咖啡，結果是一壺。而且一個套餐➕這一壺咖啡好像只有150不到人民幣。蠻值的！酒店有自帶的和牛鐵板燒。體驗了一下，很有氣氛。衹能坐8個人，需要提前預約。真心，如果下次再去神户一定會再住的！順便要誇下攜程客服。訂房間的時候本打算2晚，後來零時打算3晚，但沒有連在一起了時間了。攜程客服非常盡心，想盡辦法幫我訂到了連續3晚。還比原來我訂的便宜了點。哈哈。真心説，客服這件事還的是人工。冷冰冰的機器人不但沒感情，還蠢。跑題了。哈哈哈。

這恐怕是神户最講究最有腔調的酒店了。外型跟內部裝飾都非常歐式，房間很大，也有超大陽台。陽台望出去就是整個港灣的景色非常美麗。

早餐送到房間，日式及西式的早餐味道也很好。步行5分鐘就到附近的馬賽克廣場及馬賽克商場，飲食購物應有盡有。又有麪包超人館，帶小孩更好玩開心。

停車很方便。房間很大設施齊全。浴室浴缸直對神户塔。景色絕贊。服務也很好。徒步三分鐘就能到購物美食廣場。早餐在屋內解決，最好早點預約。下次還會再來也會推薦朋友來光顧。

這是我在日本住過性價比最高的酒店！！！入住送了兩瓶味道很好聞的身體乳，是那種淡淡的牛奶味。服務態度好，英文好，房間很大，裏面還送了襪子和手套，提供梳子和捲髮棒使用。浴缸很大可以看到神户港夜景，有沖浪功能，也送了浴鹽，泡澡包，孩子玩的太開心了。還有兩個大露台，天氣涼快的時候可以在露台吃早餐。總之這個酒店太棒了！

原來定的房間已經很寬敞，也能看到神户塔，但我們提出想要正對神户塔，店員雖然跟我們的溝通有點困難，還是很耐心的聽取我們的需求，當天客人很多，基本全部住滿，最後還是非常貼心的幫我們調整了一下房間，只是加了3000円。對這家店的所有都相當滿意，離JR神户站也不是很遠，即使拖着行李步行15分鐘也可抵達。對着無敵大海景享用早餐就像電影場景似的，牛的一批。以後去神户還會選擇海港拉。
