Nice view, good hotel

Прекрасный отель.оптимальной соотношение цены, качества и месторасположение на пляже патаййя. Большие номера, пляжные полотенца лежаки на пляже в достаточном количестве. Очень вкусные завтраки начиная от свежевыжетых соков и заканчивая красной рыбой. Всегда 2-3 вида мяса на завтраки. Много фруктов, вкусная выпечки. И много всего другого на разный вкус. В номере каждый день 2 бутылки воды.

It would be easy to misunderstand that "Beachfront" can apply only to a single unit, while the majority are actually perpendicular to it! That aside, the property was well maintained, well-located and the unit itself pristine and well-appointed. Great location on main beach, quiet. Breakfast adequate and staff generally lovely. Would stay here again.

I had a lovely stay. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with plenty of shelves and drawers to unpack all your stuff. Friendly staff, clean facilities, buffet breakfast with a lot of options, great location on the beach, few minutes from the walking street. Amazing massages right in front of the resort.

It was ok for us. Nothing like the photos but it works. We had a room at the beach front villa. It was was a fee steps to the beach. Great location on Pattaya beach. Quiet side of the beach. Walking distance to Walking Street. We had AC and hot water. Rooms older but it was cleaned. Breakfast was just alright but it was nice having breakfast outside by the beach. We did encountered poor wifi, broken towel hangers in the shower, shower pressure low and our blanket was strapped in so tight underneath the bed that I can’t pull the blanket passed stomach. I either moved my pillows half way and stick my feet off the bed or slept kind of side way. First night there was -maybe a rat running across the room and then to the table below the TV dropping card keys, bag, trying to eat my wrapped chocolate bar. Will I stay here again? Probably not unless I do last minute bookings again.

The hotel has a nice location on the quiet side of Pattaya beach. But there was very low water pressure, the beds were very uncomfortable - rock hard mattress! We stayed here for 4 nights, and my back hurt so badly afterwards. The breakfast buffet is ok, there’s a fine selection and a nice coffee machine.

What a pity! We stayed 6 nights in a Beachfront bungalow. The view over the green see and the white sand was amazing! But - no warm water for 6 days!! - 5 carpets in the room full with dust and dirty Cleaning stuff awful - 3 ladies sitting on my bed, chatting in mobile phones. The last three days I didn't want them anymore. - the breakfast poor! The coffeemachne didn't work - Coffee terrible. All over cheap cheap... But convientent for the local ppl. All from oversea stay away! Every night from 6 pm until 1 am bumm bumm in 2 Bars - no chance for a good sleep. Every day the longtail boats sooo noisy and be careful if you go snorkeling or swimming - they don't care about you! The Transfer was instead 2 hours speed boat 3,5 hours... Stopped 2 times for local passengers for Photos. All over koh lipe a lot of trash - the 2 years of C. are not used for renovations or cleaning.

We stayed here for 5 nights in Dec 2021. The beach was clean but there were some rocks along the beach. The room met the photo on their website. We had dinner at hotel’s restaurant once and it was good. Price is slightly cheaper than restaurants on walking street. Breakfast choice was small but getting more variety when they have more guests.

La posizione è spettacolare, a un passo dalla spiaggia, colazione abbondante e variegata. Staff gentilissimo e prezzi supervantaggiosi. E' stato un soggiorno davvero favoloso. Unica pecca è la camera. Molto spaziosa ma molto rumorosa (eravamo poco lontani dalle cucine) e il bagno è sicuramente da migliorare moltissimo. Fortunatamente venendo a Koh Lipe il tempo che si trascorre in camera è pochissimo quindi è andata bene così.

Ho riscelto il Bella Vista per la sua posizione a PattataBeach :non ci sono barche,tranquillo,lettini sempre disponibili, due grandi alberi per ombra. Colazione ricca non manca niente.personale attento e disponibile. La nostra stanza la 503 molto grande con tv (canali italiani tramite YouTube) pulizia e teli da mare presenti.la spiaggia di Pattaya è percorribile benissimo anche scalzi 1,5 km.a 300m dalla WalkingStreet dove c è di tutto!!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Ausser dem nahen Strand bietet das hotel keinen positiven sachen. - im beach bungalow oceanfront.... -kein heißes wasser - Restaurant hat nur 5 von 40 Gerichten -schmutziges Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn -schlechtes Frühstück - die pattaya beach ist die partyseite der insel und es ist vor 1 uhr nachts nicht an schlafen zu decken. dieses hotel ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert für ausländische Gäste die ruhe haben wollen und auf guten Service wert legen.

Liebe Hotelinteressenten des Hotels Bella Vista in Koh Lipe, Hiermit möchte ich diese Unterkunft bewerten, in der wir zu viert 2 Nächte in 2 verschieden Zimmern übernachtet haben. Unsere Ankunft im Hotel lief zu nächst ohne Probleme, wir wurden mit einen Willkommensdrink begrüßt und durften auch kurz danach vor der offiziellen Check In Zeit in unsere Zimmer. Bis dahin war alles gut… In der ersten Nacht ca. 24 Uhr Ortzeit, kam dieses erschrecken mitten in der Nacht: 2 Riesenkakerlaken im Zimmer auf der Bettkante zwischen dem Bettgestell und Bettmatratze ( siehe Fotos ). Wir waren erstmal unter Schock und wollten dies der Reception melden. Nachts um 24 Uhr war weder die Reception besetzt, noch ein Security anwesend noch irgendein Mitarbeiter da. Über die Telefonnummer in der Hinterlegten Visiten karte konnten wir auch niemanden erreiche, also wenn jemand den Schlüssel für das Zimmer verlieren sollte, kann auf den Liegen am Strand übernachten… Wir haben unser Zimmer dann gezwungenerweise natürlich in der Nacht selber angefangen zu reinigen um sicher zu gehen das Sich keine weiteren Insekten im Zimmer befinden. Uns ist es natürlich auch klar gewesen, das wir ein Bungalow Zimmer hatten und da sich immer wieder mal Insekten oder andere kleine Ungeziefer befinden können. Nach dem wir die Kakerlaken ins Freie gebracht haben, konnten wir uns ins Bett legen und mit einem geschlossenen Auge schlafen. Am nächsten Tag haben wir uns natürlich auch beschwert und all diese Bescherden angesprochen. Uns wurde eine Upgrade Zimmer angeboten oder eine Weitere Reinigung des Zimmers… Dies musste jedoch schon davor gründlich gereinigt werden. Wir haben das Personal extra vor dem Check-In darauf angesprochen, das Zimmer gründlich zu reinigen. Das Geld, was wir für dieses Kakerlaken-Resort gezahlt haben, ist auf keinen Fall einen Cent wert. Das einzige, was an dem Resort gut ist, ist die Lage und der Strand.

Au bout de 1h ils viennent nous voir pour nous dire qu'ils n'ont finalement pas nos plats. Je précise que la salle était pratiquement vide. Et lorsque nos plats sont arrivés ce n'était pas les bons et cela faisait rire les serveurs visiblement. Si Philippe Etchebest était présent il aurait fait un Avc. Restaurant à FUIR !!!!!!
