I enjoyed my stay here even though overall it was a bit odd. After checkin you wouldn’t see a staff member at all. The rooms were nice as spacious, with a good hard mattress. The location was fantastic minutes to every where. The pool was nice, but Elyse lounges and bar area very outdated.

The service was amazing. The pool was clean and quiet and the rooms were clean with plenty of space . Will stay at that hotel again.

Dear Customer, All the other reviews are not really reliable. The service is literally terrible and kind of mean! The check-in was the worst ever! They mentioned the 5000 Baht for a plastic shampoo spender and told us if you break it we have to replace it! We booked the garden view room and we got told sorry we cannot change the room and they did not even apologize for the loud noise during the night until 3:30! The reception is open from 9-17:00 and there is nobody’s in charge afterwards! They did not clean the room on our first day and they refused housekeeping because HK is just until 14:00! Incredible that this hotel has so many positive reviews! Not to mention the bad pool area! Old rusty and dirty! We definitely not recommend it! Actually the island is beautiful and we can highly recommend coming here!

Nice stay but got mosquito inside the room and the room got some humidity smell.

Very rude staff at the reception. Not helpful and shouted at us.we booked online, and we went there, the staff was very rude and asked us to top up money if we wanted to stay there because our son was with us.the information while booking was not same.

Overall it’s a good hotel for family, only one problem it’s has a stop water in the hall

Room was very clean, fresh water replaced daily free of charge. The WiFi worked very well, was able to stream and download tv on an evening. The aircon was strong and kept the room nice and cool. The location is good, right in the centre of the island but away from the busy noisy areas, could easily walk to any beach within 10 minutes. As other people have noted, there is a bar that plays music nearby however it didn’t bother us, all you could hear was the bass and we slept right through it. For the price, I don’t think there is much better.

The hotel in the center of the island, not far from both beaches. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. The only negative thing - loud music from some bar near the hotel at nights.

The staff was friendly, and the bed was super comfy. My stay was perfect and will recommend others for sure.
