The room is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. It is located near a junction of an interstate so it is easy to get to Knoxville downtown.

Had trouble getting into my room for 2 of the 3 nights. Got sick second day in, air filters not been changed out - mold exposure. The hotel is next to a fire station - usually can't hear it but between the fire trucks and people racing down the road with loud mufflers, it is not a peaceful place.

This hotel is in need of a remodel. The bathroom needed the most work. We were in a handicap room (we didn’t ask for that) and the bath towels were hanging on the grab bars around the toilet. The shower also had low water pressure.
The room itself wasn’t bad, but the air conditioner didn’t cool off the room as it should. I’ll make a note not to stay here again.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Spacious suite. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Easy stopover near interstate, restaurants, gas stations. Would recommend and stay again. Great value for money.

First, I will say this is a decent place to stay, nice and helpful staff, clean, comfortable. Little things like our bathtub faucet leaked constantly. The heat seemed to have a mind of it's own. I was not cold but, the thermostat was not very responsive when I adjusted the temp.

My dad and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting my brother at UT Medical Center. I felt the hotel offered so much more than other hotels in the same price range. We enjoyed having the separate area with the sofa and tv. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, very clean and breakfast was good also.

Staff was great and caring. Breakfast was delicious, and beds were very comfy! Spacious rooms as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The room was clean and was all we could have asked for. The check in process was quick and painless. The lady working the desk upon check in was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The only complaint was the pool was small and COLD!!! It perhaps was the coldest indoor pool we’ve ever experienced.

A great hotel to stop at while traveling. Second time we've stayed here while driving to Florida. Clean rooms, nice front staff. Decent warm breakfast in the morning.
My only draw back (for me personally) is beds were a bit softer than we like. But woukd definitely stay here again or recommend for someone else.
