Location – 8.5/10
One of the few positives of this hotel is its location—it’s directly connected to Zurich Airport, making it incredibly convenient for early flights or business travelers. The train station is also right there, allowing easy access to downtown Zurich in about 10-15 minutes. However, if you’re looking for a more scenic or cultural Swiss experience, this location feels very corporate and soulless.
Rooms – 5/10
The biggest issue I had was with the room size. The rooms are shockingly small for a premium-priced hotel, with barely any space to move around. Even for a solo traveler, the lack of storage and tight layout felt uncomfortable.
The bed was decent, but the pillows were too soft and lacked support.
The bathroom was compact, with a tiny sink area and barely any counter space.
The room had a modern design, but the lack of space made it feel claustrophobic rather than stylish.
Despite being in an airport hotel, soundproofing wasn’t great—I could hear hallway noise and even some airport sounds.
Service – 6/10
Service was okay, but not particularly warm or welcoming. While check-in was efficient, staff felt disengaged and impersonal, more focused on quick transactions than guest experience.
Housekeeping was inconsistent—my room wasn’t refreshed properly one day, and I had to call down for basic toiletries.
When I raised concerns about the room size, the front desk didn’t seem too interested in offering a solution.
Dining – 6.5/10
The hotel has a bar and restaurant, but both are overpriced for what they offer.
Breakfast was decent, but nothing special, with a limited selection for the high cost.
Room service had very few options, and food quality was average at best.
