The rooms were spotles spacious and comfortable , breakfast, dinner is very delicious and various. The sea view of the rooms is very nice. It was safe and fun for the children and they were always happy. The employees were friendly, sweet and caring.

A great hotel for a vacation with kids. The location is well placed and organized. It looks like a giant boat and everything is condensed in one place so you don't have to walk a lot with your kids in the heat. You have the adult pool and the kids pool right in front of it and the beach in a walking distance. The beach....is so beautiful and the water is absolutely perfect(crystal clear due to the fine mix between sand and pebbles). You have plenty of sunbeds, toilets on the beach, the bar is between the beach and the pools. Definitely recommend spending a good part of your holiday there. The kids pool is large, with many waterslides(short, long, tunnel and open so your kid cand choose from). They also have a few smaller ones for babies. They do have enough sunbeds but if you can, you should go in the morning to put towel on the ones you want because most people do that. The one thing that I found a bit strange is that the water for these waterslides is programmed( 10-12 and then again a few hours in the afternoon). Due to the fact my kid sleeps in the afternoon, most days we would not go there because at 17:00 they shut the water so it is only the pool. In all fairness, after 12:00 it gets pretty hot. You have water and cocktails at your discretion. The bar opens at 10:00 so keep that in mind but you can grab yourself a water straight from the fridges. The have 2 bars so it is more than enough. What I recommend is the Gozleme(Turkish pancakes) . There is a spot near the adults pool where you can have these snacks,made in the spot by local ladies. You can have them with cheese, meat and cheese or sweetened.....sooooo good (opened between 11:00-18:00). The kids also have an ice-cream parlor(10:00-17:00) and they serve between 2-4 flavours a day. Staff: the reception staff was accomodating and we had some serious problems with our travel agency(out flight was delayed 5 hours at the arrival and 2 times on departure, our room was not available). Anyway, they worked with us in getting what we paid for even though the circumstances changed. The food: breakfast was basic, but for lunch and dinner you had more options. Each night they had a theme. The food was not necessarily yo my liking....but each with their tastes so not gonna comment. If you are a coffee drinker, I only recommend Turkish coffee...the ones you can take from their machines is not good. You have several places(one beach bar and the coffee shop by the adult's pool) They also have a pastry shop opened from 10:00-17:00 and you can get a snack there, but must be clothed. In the hotel they also have a spa, doctor's office, a market(expensive), jewelry and fur shop, an entertainment room. We booked massages in the hotel and they were pretty good. You can find an out door playground and a kids club near it with displayed schedules for each day. Horrendous experience here. We actually went august 23. My son had an accident on one of the water slides due to the lifeguard allowing him to go down a slide on a lilo bed, he smashed his face and lost 5 teeth, I appreciate that accidents happen and we got medical treatment, however, the way we were treat by the manger and staff at this hotel, and by EasyJet following us returning from getting medical attention was awful. They accused my son of lying about how his accident happened and offered little to no support while we were locked away in our room for days and my son could only eat through a straw. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Recently stayed here with my daughter and can’t fault the hotel in anyway. The customers were mainly German and staff appeared to speak the language well. This did not impact our stay in anyway but some staff automatically spoke to us in German before I informed them I am british. There was no language barrier and staff were welcoming and warm. We were accommodated with a late check in and had a room upgrade due to it being quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke multiple languages. Rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom was clean and other than a loose toilet seat no issues. Food: there was lots of variety available, being british and travelling with a fussy 12yo, there were items available such as pasta, chips, spagetti bolognaise etc. there were also more traditional cusines available, lamb, chicken, carvery. Every days salads/breads and desserts all available. Lunch time I found was the best with choice of burgers/hotdogs/tacos/fish and chips/kebabs. Drinks were readily available with several bars, there is a little cake shop and ice cream parlour. There are also additional smoothie type drinks for €5 each. Entertainment: kids club available, whilst not applicable to us the kids sounded like they were having a great time singing and dancing. Water slides for all ages (including adults ☺️) Arcade/bowling and shops all onsite with additional charges Evening shows and entertainment such as dancers/bingo etc. Pool/: nice and clean with good sizes, lots of beds available and no rush for towels. Beach: pebble beach and water a little rough for me but there are water sports available.

Fantastic hotel - choice and presentation of food cannot be faulted. Staff in the dining rooms are super helpful and we have no complaints about the cleanliness or the service. Pool area and gardens are really beautiful and well Kept. So much to do without having to leave the hotel - from using the spa, enjoying the beach and Watersports, having fun on the slides, playing pool or bowling or enjoying some of the many lovely areas around the grounds. There were very few English speaking guests and the staff’s grasp of English is hit and miss so be prepared to not always be understood. Guests seemed to be predominantly German with some Dutch and some Turkish. If you like a glass of wine with your meal, the only all inclusive option is going to be local wine which may not be to everyone’s taste. On Italian night (Tuesday for us) There was the option to choose from a wider variety of wines - a bottle was around €20) but it would be great to have a wider wine list to choose from every night for those who enjoy their wine. I had my Apple Watch stolen from my bag around the pool on our last day here. We were able to track it to a street of electronic shops nearby so make sure you are careful about your personal items whilst at the pool. If you want to be guaranteed a sunbed around the pool, you need to be up to reserve one with your pool towel early - any time between 6-7.30 am. There are plenty of beds and loads of umbrellas but in high season they do go quickly. We had a few minor issues with reception and asking for things to be done. I had reported our air con was not working properly and the shower needed fixed but neither of these issues were resolved in the 10 days we were there. We took a trip into Side one evening for dinner. There were 8 of us so we booked a taxi bus through the airport taxi stand at reception - it cost €70 return with the driver meeting us at a set time for the return journey. I have a feeling there is also a taxi stand just across the road from the hotel which may be cheaper… Side is well worth a visit though. Beautiful old sea side town with historic ruins and lovely shops and restaurants. If you get a taxi, it will drop you off outside the town and you either have to walk through the ruins or you can pay €2/3 each to get a little golf buggy into the centre of the town. The walk in was nice though, but the ride back was worth it. Tips to staff - it is common to give staff small tips then they work hard for you, especially at meal times. For English guests, i would recommend bringing a purse full of Euro coins (not sterling) so you can give €1/2 to staff regularly (OR some smaller Turkish Lira notes such as a 50 or 100). Staff in Turkey are paid very little so they really appreciate everything you can give them. Money wise, we found everything was advertised in Euros. Lira could be used but sterling was pretty non existent. It was common to be able to use card in a lot of the shops and at the hotel though. A

This hotel was amazing i went with my family, we are 4 and every one enjoyed every minute of this hotel. You have 2 bars that work 24/7 and in those bars you can drink everything. The entertainment was amazing for kids and adults you also have shows every night and for the kids there is “mini club” the kids love that in the morning the mini club does yoga every day, later they do drawing’s and in the evening the mini club goes in the arena that they have they sing they dance in the end they hand out medals to the best drawings of the day, after the mini club is finished the main show start the main show changes every night like (live music, the michael jackson show, acrobatics etc). The rooms are amazing the cleaner comes every day and clean your room and unlike the other hotels the drinks in your fridge are free. The pools are amazing there are 3 pools (the main pool 140cm, the water park pool 110cm and the water park pool for kids 30cm). For food you don’t have to worry if you be hungry there are 3 main courses (breakfast 7:30 to 10:00 am , lunch 12:00 am to 14:00 pm and the dinner 18:30 pm to 21:00 pm) and there are so many other courses. THATS ALL I CAN SAY FOR THIS AMAZING HOTEL THAT WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE
