Aroma Butik Hotel

Arrived on site after 1am and provided a bungalow with the bathroom window broken/ ripped out. We did not feel safe and eventually after a further hour was moved to an alternative bungalow. No fire alarm, no telephone and no safe even though advertised and no fridge in the new room. Took us 2x days to get a working fridge in the room. Hotel does not provide drinking water, you have to pay. When enquiring about the safe the manager requested we give him our passports and money as he has a safe Urmmm no !!! There was plenty of bugs but can’t blame the hotel, we had to request the bedding was changed - it wasn’t so we had to remove the bedding the following day and ask again. We kept track of what we were spending at the bar but the bill on departure was higher. Managed to get 4 euros off the bill but there was still a €20 charge for vodka …. A double was advertised as €8 so how was the bill €20 was defo not doubles I was served, I had 2 vodkas in total, got frustrated and paid the bill. Food wise is repetitive and breakfast is regurgitated for lunch and dinner regurgitated for breakfast. Made the best of it but would not go back

We have just returned from the aroma butik hotel in kizilot and I’m afraid to say it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at 😢 we arrived late on the evening and were told there was a problem with our rooms, we were taken to another property which at best I would say it was a youth hostel (that was in a campsite) and told we would be collected the following morning. We were left at the hotel, no water, or drink offered, the room was dirty, dirty ashtray, ants all over 🤢 there was 3 adults and a 15 year old in our party in one room with 1 single and a double bed!! So our 15 year old had to share with us…..not ideal! We were collected the following morning and took back to the hotel. Our rooms still weren’t ready! We were told to have breakfast and then our rooms would be ready. One room was ready after breakfast and we had to wait till after lunchtime until the 2nd room was ready. The food was terrible, for breakfast it was oatmeal, potatoes etc, no water was offered (had to pay) bread with jam and butter. The evening meals were no better, we only ate there twice as it was so bad and we are not fussy eaters! Again the only drinks offered were Turkish tea and coffee, no water was offered unless you paid! We had to ask for clean towels and for the rooms to be cleaned otherwise I think we would still be waiting! We had no blinds or curtains in our room, the only mirror was in the bathroom so you had to dry your hair in the bathroom stood on a wet floor as it was a wet room!! There was cables exposed, stains on the ceilings, mould on the curtains, wardrobe doors hanging off their hinges. Bedding had holes in it and didn’t feel clean, towels were stained despite being washed. Shower was barely warm unless you showered in the middle of the day!! Constant power cuts, WiFi sporadic. If you want to go on any excursions either book before you go or expect to pay at least 60 euro round trip in a taxi to get anywhere. The closest shop is close by but you have to cross a VERY BUSY FAST motorway to access it from the hotel. Very scary! This hotel at best is a 1 star budget hotel . Advertise it as that then fine but this is definitely not 3 star I’m afraid.

Direct review from the hotel. I am currently on vacation in Aroma. I'm writing a real review. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. There is nowhere to go out in the evening and nothing to do. The sea is good. The beach is accessible, but the advantages end here, as there are not enough sun beds after today's check-in.- there are only 10 sun beds on the beach. The main disadvantages of this hotel are 1. -there is no refrigerator in the room! Food is scarce and even if you decide to go to the market and buy food yourself, you will have nowhere to put them in storage. 2.- there is no drinking water in the room, even upon arrival!!! Нет холодильника в номере и питьевой воды! Прямой отзыв из отеля. Нахожусь сейчас на отдыхе в Ароме. Пишу реальный отзыв. Отель тихий, спокойный. Вечером выйти некуда и заняться нечем. Море хорошее. Пляж в доступности, но здесь плюсы заканчиваются , так как после сегодняшнего заселения не хватает лежаков.- лежаков всего 10штук на пляже. Главные минусы этого отеля- 1. -нет холодильника в номере! Питание скудное и даже, если Вы решите съездить на рынок и закупиться продуктами самостоятельно, Вам их некуда будет положить на хранение. 2.- нет питьевой воды в номере , даже по приезду!!! 3.- еда однообразная. Если на завтрак еще можно что то сьесть из яиц. То в обед и на ужин одни соевые котлетки и куриные кости!- кости в буквальном смысле были поданы в качестве еды! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Очень жадный и скупой владелец отеля! Видимо, рассчитывает на то, что народ проголодается и будет покупать у него гамбургеры за 5 долларов! В шаговой доступности один супермаркет, в котором нет еды, одни чипсы... В следующий раз не поедем сюда, однозначно!

This hotel is absolutely filthy, both me and my partner were shocked by the amount of bugs crawling around the room as well as cobwebs with beasties caught in them. The bedsheets felt very greasy and when we asked to get them cleaned they said they would but never did. The owner was playing very loud music outside at the bar late at night and when I asked him if he could please turn it off he refused and said it was for his other customers of which there were none outside. We saw no cleaner the whole time we were there. The breakfast was very poor with no choice of drinks other than tea. On night 2 I woke up with flea bites around my neck in the morning so we couldn’t stay there any longer and checked out early to go get another hotel. I could go on and on but honestly save yourself and do not book this hotel

Отель был бы вполне неплохим для эконома: классная беседка с видом на море, чистый бассейн, дикий пляж рядом, кафе уютное в тени апельсиновых деревьев, кухня простая, но приятная, повар вообще душечка (спасибо ему за вкусные ужины и настроение!) Если бы ни одно НО.. Они заселяют НЕ в те номера, что на всех картинках, когда у них полная бронь (а в силу низкой цены полная бронь у них часто), заранее не узнать. Мы с родителями заселялись в начале октября, они приехали раньше на 3 дня. Их заселили в отличный номер в главном корпусе (как на фото отеля..), а вот меня заселили в подвальный номер одноэтажных домиков. Там есть основные "бунгало", с окнами на бассейн, а с обратной стороны этих "бунгало" есть полуподвальные номера, где живёт персонал. Окно и дверь выходят на темную парковку и трассу. Стены внутри такие же как снаружи (то есть, отделки вообще нет, серый крошащийся бетон с камнями), свет глухой, по вечерам темно и жутко, на весь номер воняет канализацией. Там я и жила неделю. При этом заплатила я не меньше, то есть, это была НЕ какая-то "скидка") Как это получилось... Я заселялась поздно вечером, меня встретил парень на рецепшн, показал этот чудный номер, я попросила поменять его, он пожал руками: "других нет". Так прошло минут 20: мои аргументы, - что это не похоже на фото с вашего сайта, что тут серые стены, которые пачкаются и крошатся, и постель грязная, да и вообще там жутковато и темно.. - ответ был один "других нет". Потом пришёл хозяин отеля, поговорил с рецепшеонистом, потом поболтал по телефону с моим отельным гидом, накричал на гида, вернулся ко мне за стойку и начал орать. Я никогда не верила рассказам, что люди могут просто так начать орать на гостей своего отеля, думала, что такие "рассказчики" как я сейчас, просто недоговаривают что-то.. Но на меня без всякой причины 10 минут орали на английском и турецком. ОН супер-быстро говорил, я не все уловила, но суть была такой: "в нашем отеле номера не выбирают, вы заплатили за сингл - вот вам сингл, кровать есть, шкаф есть, кондёр есть - живите или уходите". После моего "стоп ит", хозяин отеля проорал, чтобы я выметалась, а потом сам вскочил, хлопнул дверью и ушёл за бар. Мне парень с рецепшена сказал так: ну, думайте, если что позовите.. И тоже ушёл. На всё это смотрели мои родители в полном шоке, благо они не знают английского, иначе наверное этот отельер ушёл бы с фингалом от отца. Я всплакнула, покормила местных котиков у бассейна, ну и заселилась, ехать в 11 ночи было некуда, у мамы был др, она и так дико расстроилась. Единственное, мне дали номер (такой же), но с чистой постелью. Каждый вечер родители провожали меня до номера и помогали закрывать неработающий замок, там действительно жутко, вай-фай вообще недотягивается, даже чуть-чуть. Случись что - б** спасет..) Через пару дней я немного освоилась и поняла что попала в коморки для персонала: справа от меня жил рецепшеонист, слева - повар и мальчики официанты. Я со всеми познакомилась, стало менее страшно там спать. Этог

Vriendelijk hardwerkend personeel. Kamers zijn basic, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Geen extra kosten die achteraf in rekening worden gebracht. Enkel het gebruik van de horeca hebben ze mij in rekening gebracht. Het ligt langs een drukke snelweg, aan de overkant ligt een winkel waar je producten goedkoper kunt halen, heb wel fooien gegeven want dat verdienen ze gewoon. Kan het zeker aanraden als je gaat voor zon/zee/zwembad. Als je de omgeving wil verkennen is een auto noodzakelijk.
