I stayed at Sultan of Dreams with the hope of enjoying a relaxing holiday, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Housekeeping was extremely inconsistent – one day they’d come around 9 AM, the next day, not until after 5 PM. The worst part? Sheets were never changed, toilet paper wasn’t restocked, and to my shock, the sheet on the very first day had a blood stain. That was DISGUSTING. One day, water started leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. I called reception, only to find that no one spoke English. They generally don't know any languages besides Turkish. After struggling for a few minutes, they finally passed me to someone who spoke Russian and promised a technician would come. No one ever showed up. Thankfully, the water stopped on its own. The drinks – coffee, juice, cocktails, lemonade – were all incredibly watered down. You can clearly taste and see it's at least 70% water, they pour it in frontof you. That’s not what you expect from an all-inclusive resort. The last straw for me was on the last day: while clearing our table, a waiter took my S Pen, likely mistaking it for a drink stick. I didn’t notice immediately, but when I did and went to ask her about it, she didn’t understand what I meant and just said she saw nothing. I didn’t push further, assuming it had already been thrown away. And I am not the type of the person who would make her go through trash, I just gave up. Sadly, despite the nice facilities, the poor service, lack of professionalism, and communication barriers made this stay more stressful than enjoyable. I would not return or recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

I stayed here in August with my son (Age 16). hotel is very nice, clean, well presented, well equipped rooms with mini fridge re-filled everyday with soft drinks and water. Cleaners come in every day with fresh towels etc. Staff were outstanding, all work very hard, very professional and very friendly. entertainment day and night was good for all ages. food was varied and all fresh however if you have fussy eaters, you will struggle as its definitely more catered towards the russian and german guests. Hotel right on beach, lovely beach, good selection of shops right outside hotel. As an English family, we were the minority as majority of guests are russian or eastern european but all the entertainers were great at communicating in multiple languages. My one only gripe with this hotel is the room views, one side of the hotel that faces the pool and beach is breathtaking, however I paid extra for a 'partial' sea view and this was atrocious. Stepped onto my balcony to be greeted by a view of the side alley where all the bins were. If you looked way off into the distance and stretched over the balcony you could see a glimpse of the sea but there is no way I should have been charged extra for that. All in all, great hotel and would 100% return.
