They are very very good and i would like to say the best so kind they was very good with my kids and we are going to miss them soo much thank you for every thing.

Friendly staff and perfect service. In the mini club, the animators are really friendly, positive girls; my kids are so happy and love it here.

We were denied check-in by the hotel because the supplier — a Turkish company — incorrectly assumed we were Iranian, even though we are not. Regardless of nationality, such treatment is inappropriate and discriminatory. Additionally, the reception staff's behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They showed little willingness to assist us or communicate effectively, despite claiming to be proficient in English. To make matters worse, we were not allowed to stay in the reception area while trying to resolve the booking issue with the agency. This was because we refused to let the security guard take and keep our passports during our stay in the lobby — a completely unreasonable and unacceptable demand. This entire experience was both frustrating and disappointing. We hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar treatment of other guests in the future.

Very nice service throughout the hotel but especially from the barmen - Serhat and Vahdet and Chef Selvut. The food was great the drinks even better. For quality long islands go to Serhat.

Unfortunately, the holiday we spent at Starlight Hotel was far below our expectations. Although the physical facilities of the hotel seemed impressive at first glance, the service quality was not at the same level. Room cleaning was insufficient, and although we requested, the deficiencies were not corrected for a long time. The reception staff was indifferent and did not display a solution-oriented approach. Last year Mr. Sadik was there and he helped us a lot, but he is not there this year. They currently have spoiled guest relations. too bad The restaurant part was also disappointing. The food was poor in variety and the lack of hygiene was noticeable. It was almost impossible to find a table, especially during crowded hours. Bar service was slow and reluctant; most of the staff didn't seem willing to communicate. It was not possible to get support from the guest relations team; Our demands were ignored. In general, the hotel definitely does not offer value for the money you pay. It was a facility that I would not consider choosing again. There are many aspects that need to be improved.

Sunrise hotel was so good. The hospitality was amaizing. The managers in the dining room were very kind and attentive, always asking us what we needed. The food was the best. We were amazed by all the staff of the workplaces because they all treated us very well. The information and reception part were good as well. We also had a great time with the photographer Marcus, who was very kind with us and dedicated to his work.
