Sunis Elita Beach Resort Hotel & Spa

The hotel was very nice we had great time. Rooms are clean big fresh green garden big pool i liked everything. The animation team is perfect they are all smiling and friendly people. They are doing many activities for both children and adults. Every Thursday great party on the beach. Good and funny Shows everyday in amphitheatre. Miss and mister competition shows was amazing. Dart activitie is so fun and challenging. Mini club and mini disco for the children everyday.

I had an amazing time at Elita Beach, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible animation team! They were full of energy, always smiling, and made every day fun and exciting. The shows that they are doing was funny and great and also the dj performing was good. Whether it was games, shows, or daily activities, they kept everyone entertained and engaged. They were also great with kids and made sure everyone felt included. Thank you to the amazing animators for making our stay unforgettable!

The best part of the stay was the showtimes in the evening and parties with Serhat Tari and dj Hakan. The room was so clean and service is incredible. I would not change anything and I will recommend this hotel to anyone………………………………………………………

It was a nice and relaxed holiday, i like the entertainment, the energy of artists, the people who work there, because are very polite and helpful. My experience was wonderful, i liked everything, food, the services, the people, the hotel, the atmosphere , the room. The beach is with tiny sand , but full of big and small stones. I recomend the hotel !

It was a clean hotel, well kept and staff was friendly for the most part and extremely kind to our kids which is what mattered most to us. The electricity in the rooms was off with severel sockets suddenly not working, lamps making static sounds and the A/C didn't work at night - only the fan function did. The plumbing in the shower was non existent and the beds were hard - but the view was wonderful and housekeeping cleaned well and often left cutely decorated beds for the kids. The food was good, repetitive but tasty.. the cats that hounded the restuarant was.. off putting but it was lovely to see how kind they were to animals. The waiters often avoided eye contact in order to avoid having to bring drinks etc to the table except Durham... he was a really great waiter! It seemed that more often there were more managers than waiters. The spa was lovely but I was irritated that the male receptionist came to me at the end of my session (when I was relaxing with a face mask on) trying to negotiate deals and get me to come for more massages- this was really off putting and I had to ask him to stop as it was ruining my relaxing experience there. The indoor pool was not heated on the cold and rainy days which was disappointing, when asked they said they'll warm it but that never happened... the sign said it was 27°c which wasn't true. We were sent from the reception to the spa(?) to request that it be made warmer but it didn't help as the spa had nothing to do with the pool. The men working at the reception were not all polite.. when asked about the pool one responded with 'you're the only one complaining every day about the pool..' I forgot the get his name but this is not what's expected of a receptionist... it's unfortunate that he greets visitors and behaves in this manner when guests kindly ask (once) about a service that's not up to par and circle back to it when said issue hasn't been resolved as promised. This solidified that we will likely not return to the hotel although we enjoyed our stay in Turkey. We give this hotel a solid 3 stars.

The holiday we spent at Sunis Elita Hotel was far beyond our expectations. We had a truly unforgettable experience with its friendly staff, quality service and perfect environment. We would especially like to thank Mr. Deniz and Mr. Cihan who warmly welcomed us at the reception; He made a great start to our holiday with his professionalism and helpful attitude. I would also like to thank the restaurant and bar staff; We were greeted with delicious food, fast service and a smiling face at every meal. These details clearly show how much the hotel attaches importance to guest satisfaction. The guest relations team were the unsung heroes of the holiday. They were attentive at all times, made suggestions and met our every request with great sincerity. Their efforts to make our holiday special and enjoyable were admirable.
