Tui Blue Palm Garden

We have just returned from a family holiday in this superb hotel & felt the urge to compliment the entire hotel staff for making our stay so memorable!! We arrived late on 3/8 and were greeted by the friendly, Dila,who provided us with the comforting reassurance that our every need would be attended to without exception & this was certainly our experience from start to finish!! The hotel, pool, gardens & proximity to the beach were fabulous. The facilities offered were first class with particular mention to Kate, Mustafa, the archery teacher, the aerial aerobics tutors & special thanks to the entire Kids Club crew who made our 5 year old granddaughter, (Martha), feel very special & cared for, culminating in her celebrating her 6th birthday with a cake shared with all her newly made friends!! The restaurant & bar staff were amazing & how clever you guys are in making the younger (children) guests feel very important with steps/platforms at the bars etc enabling them to request their own drinks & also drinks for the parents/grandparents too!! Housekeeping & the gardeners were friendly & incredibly professional, the entertainments were varied & of an exceptionally high standard. Even our experience of requiring the on site medical facilities for my wife which resulted in her need to have a hospital visit were completed with the utmost care & professionalism throughout the whole process. We fully embraced every aspect of your wonderful resort without ever feeling the need to venture further afield, apart from a thrilling parasailing experience with Martha viewing the area from a 100’ vantage point above the Mediterranean!! Our stay came to an end far too quickly, but we have created some very special memories & friends……we cannot thank you, all, enough for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely return & hope that others whom visit, experience the wonderful hospitality on offer, plus the fantastic weather

Second family visit. We had to return, the first holiday was fantastic. Accommodation was clean and very well maintained on a daily basis. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is outstanding, huge selection to choose from. Desserts are out of this world. Pool and sunbathing area are large with lots of sunbeds. Excellent selection of water sports, we went paddle boarding. Lots of daily fitness activities. Gym has a good selection of machines. The a la carte restaurant meal was very good as was the barbecue. All in all I would definitely return and would recommend to all. I have no negative comments.

We stayed for 10 nights with our two children (5&9) and my parents. The hotel is perfect, the staff are all fantastic and there are so many activities going on throughout the day that there is always something to do. My 5 year old daughter attended the kids club. She loved it and it was run so professionally. We had a two bedroom family room, it was massive and cleaned to perfection every morning. My son loved the big slides in the main pool and my daughter split her time between the main pool (which is quite deep) and the shallow kids pool. The food is great, my children are very fussy, however they always managed to eat chips, chicken and pasta at every lunch/dinner, and pancakes for every breakfast. There is loads of different food on offer tho, and it was all excellent. The entertainment was mixed. We preferred some nights to others. The hotel held a pool party night with a DJ which was great! We are at the bbq one night, it was lovely and such a beautiful setting. Outside the hotel is a large shopping place, which was good to look around. We got a taxi to Side one evening which was nice but it got very busy. The taxi was 50 euro return trip. The beach is sand/shingle, we took beach shoes! The sea is great and in august was really warm. We had no issues with sun beds, there were always lots available up until Aprox 10am, after that you kind of have to walk around finding the spare ones and pull them together to make your spot. Bring euros, everything in the shops is priced in euros. We had Turkish Lira and they were happy to convert it for us at the tills - but euro would have been easier. My only little moan - kindly the hotel let you go into the restaurant after you have checked in if you arrive very late, which is lovely. However you just get given whatever meal they saved for you and therefore my fussy children wouldn’t eat, so went to bed without eating that night. Perhaps the staff could just provide some chips or plain pasta. I did ask if either of these were available but was told no. It’s a beautiful hotel and we hope to return

Stunning hotel set in beautiful pristine grounds. Staff work so hard and are so professional, polite, helpful and efficient. You will not want for anything here. Service is impeccable with a huge number of waiting on staff. Check in was flawless and quick. Our son is disabled and uses a wheelchair at times and the staff really did help us make this feel inclusive for all. Pool towel cards given at check in so no need to bring towels, you exchange daily around the pool. Food is nice and fresh, at times in the main restaurant some products only luke warm but it does have a great varied selection including vegan, vegetarian, children's zone. Purple Turtle Beach Bar is great, again staff are fantastic. Pool area and beach is vast and clean. Plenty of places that are covered which is a welcome relief with 40 degree plus temperatures at present. Rooms are modern and clean. Air con is just passable. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in, despite us requesting the temperature to be set lower( which was done immediately) you really still struggle at times how warm it is in the room. The fan on the fastest setting is still low. Free safety deposit box in room with mini bar. You stock up yourself from grab and go bar daily, fresh orange/apple cartons or water. No cans/sodas or beer. Maid service impeccable. Our lady Nejla is just delightful and so friendly. Kids entertainment staff - our son didn't attend so cannot comment. He played Jenga one day and the staff member was really fun, friendly and approachable. Live music in the beach of an afternoon was a lovely chilled touch. Evening entertainment left a lot to be desired when it comes to the acts. Compared to the other 4 hotels nearby we have visited previously, the standard is not great. Hate saying this as otherwise the hotel is really good and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend apart from evening entertainment. All in all we have had a fantastic holiday here. The staff exceed themselves and are a credit to Tui Blu. The hotel is beautiful set in beautiful pristine grounds.

Upon Arrival we were greeted and asked to sit down and were offered tea. It was such a calm and stress-free experience. We had already checked in online and pre-booked our rooms so this needed to be paid for. Slight delay in getting one room due to the previous occupants doing a late check-out but we got to go eat and relax in the other rooms. We had consistent phone calls and check ins throughout our stay to check if we needed anything. Very polite and friendly staff. One of our party got injured in the pool (no fault of the hotels) and the staff were very attentive and supporting. They took her to the doctors and gave her good advice. The blue guides then checked in with us to see if she was okay. Overall an amazing stay, we felt welcomed and were able to have a good time. Although we went in peak summer holiday time it didn’t feel over-crowded and there were plenty of sun-beds available. Although the front ones get taken quite quickly as they are not shaded. Only downside is probably the breakfast. It can get quite boring as it is the same breakfast everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palm Garden hotel. The hotel accommodation was lovely with clean, comfortable rooms. We could not believe the programme of activities available on a daily basis. The BLUE App made it very easy to book everything we wanted to do and the classes themselves were fantastic! The Kids Club was absolutely amazing! The staff couldn’t be kinder and more enthusiastic. Not only did our kids love going but they got to perform twice in a show with costumes and choreography! Aigual, Irina, Zehra and Lara were stand out team members! The food was to a high standard with plenty of fresh healthy ingredients. So much better than your average all-inclusive. Only areas for improvement were the gym and spa. The gym is well equipped but there is not much space to do free weights. And the AC wasn’t always that cool. We had a massage at the spa towards the end of the holiday. It was expensive and wasn’t that enjoyable. Not reflective of the rest of the hotel. But overall we loved our holiday. The perfect combination for our fit and active family! Would definitely recommend!

The rooms where clean and the people where friendly and the food was good espacially Burhanetin from the entertainment team is very kind and talented.we enjoyed spending time whith him.i liked the activities espacialy the darts where very nice for me and ny family

One of the best hotels in Antalya hands down. Food is excellent and plenty of choice even for the picky of you all. If you have kids then this is perfect for babies to older kids there is always something to do. The only advice I will say is to take some Lira in cash for tipping. The more you tip the more you’re going to get looked after. Wages are very low in Türkiye so the tips do go an along way for them especially in recent times with inflation through the roof at the moment in Türkiye. The entertainment I admit could be better but when has hotel entertainment been brilliant. I’m not marking it down for that. Staff are amazing and attentive and always smiling and so many also. As much as I’d like to come back my lad is getting a bit old for this place so on to new things but I’ll never forget the people the place the food.

Great family hotel food was out of this world lots of different choices every day staff was polite they works so hard smart dressed at all times. Hotel very clean staff cleaned every day Plenty to do every day. Wish I stayed longer than a week can’t wait to go back next year
