The practical location of the apartment allows access to services even if you do not have your own car. An illuminated ski trail runs right next to the apartment, and the nearest ski slope is a short walk away. The building has an elevator that allows easy access to the apartment. It's not allowed to charge electric/hybrid car at this apartment. The nearest charging point is at Zero Point, 500 m from the apartment.
