The Vic Hotel

Excellant comfort, good location with access to shopping mall, restaurants. The rooms are spacious and the power showers are hot and have multiple settings on how you like the water... rain.. pulse.. other! Very good value for money and basic rates start as bed and breakfast.

Absolutely lovely stay! The building is clean, and they do an excellent job tidying up rooms daily. They even mop the floors during every cleaning! Every meal was delicious - ESPECIALLY the morning pancakes. The staff really goes above and beyond to make your visit comfortable, and everyone is so welcoming and warm. It’s also about a 1 minute walk to a small shopping mall with a grocery store perfect for any international travelers hoping to purchase larger bottles of filtered water. The entrance is conveniently located within the same compound as the hotel and its super fun nighttime spot Da Bar. I would happily stay here again!!

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have everything you need. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and welcoming and made our group feel right at home in the hotel. I really cannot say enough good things about the staff and their kindness! The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants as well as a large shopping center, but was still quiet enough at night. As a young female traveller, safety is, of course, a consideration, and I never once felt unsafe during my stay. This place is a gem!

The hotel was excellent from the front desk team, Emily the housekeeper was beautiful, such a hard worker and always went above and beyond. The Hospitality Manager Minaz and wife Ruby were excellent always smiling and so helpful!! Beautiful hotel clean, friendly close to all amenities- thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

Excellent service from Comfortable beds to breakfast 👌 wifi is very good. Although there was some mosquitos in room but bites. Staff are very accomodating and helpful a services with smile. The interconnected rooms are small. I would stay in the hotel

Sincerely, everything in the hotel was great! The accommodation and other facilities. The food (you could order from any of their 3 restaurants)!!! The breakfast included Kenya delicacies which the staff (oops, I have forgotten the names) went out of their way to bring it from the pan to your plate. Daisy (FO ) and Steve (IT) deserve a special mention. Meenaz (GM) went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable.
