The Great Lakes Hotel

Waited over 45 minutes for check in, no one was around although it states someone will meet us at the door when arrival, there was a extreme amount of flooding from the roof into the elevators, water all over the place that was not cleaned up, we had to demand the elevators be turned off for safety issues as the water was pooling out and people were still using them, no room service after 10pm, no vending machines, the location is terrible, 30 minute walk away from a small store. They asked us what our trip was for so we could add on, it was our honey moon, nothing requested was added to room. We got a suite with kitchen, we had to wash the last persons dirty dishes in the sink. The fridge was not plugged in and seemed like it for a long period of time as it smelt! Great food and service though at the blue outside
