The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

Has lots to do on the property. Close to stores and on site has mini golf, activity Center, basketball, volleyball,tennis and lots of pools and hot tubes. If you want to use the property across the road it’s very busy and unsafe to cross. Staff were friendly enough. Inside the condos building W 2bedroom is very dated. The room has the basics of what you will need. Cupboards worn and need replacement,water pressure is not good and furniture is wobbly and ready to fall apart. TVs are old and small would be nice if at least the main TV was bigger. Property is well kept and we felt safe.

Accommodations were good, very dated but clean, strange bathroom layout as there was only one washroom and that was off the bedroom so guests had to go in your bedroom to use washroom! Some minor issues with the washer but maintenance responded very quickly. Outside areas were lovely with four pools available. I would stay there again

Here on a business trip..meat spoiled due to appliances going in and out .we have been waiting to here back from a manager for three days now.Roaches through out the unit

There was no hot water in the shower or bath tub. The advertised jacuzzi was non existent. Fan was broken. But the room was very large for the price and the kitchen was very big and clean.

Only one agent at the desk, i had to wait on line to checked in for one hour, also the self service kios doesn't work.
Solamente un agente en el escritorio del frente, tuve que esperar 1 hora para obtener las llaves para mi cuarto, el servicio de maquina para el check in no funciona.

Difficulty checking in ... all occupants had to be listed on the reservation (not just person reserving the room). This resulted in delays and inconvenience in resolving the issue.
Property had a few things needing fixing - leaky taps, rusted hole in sink, stains on carpets, stove not working properly.
