This hotel is not clean! Do not book here. I don’t know how it got good reviews but we have been fooled. VERY SOILED CARPETS, broken counters, yuck! Dingy

Easy to get to the parks.. free breakfast was pretty good. Shuttle to all parks for free and they even have someone that’s does Lyft for the property

Facility was dirty, front desk receptionist was rude and seemed bothered while we were checking in. Pool was closed yet it didn’t mention that on the website. Do not recall staying at the property.

construction inside the hotel was noisy and the common areas were dirty. The parking lot was was like a meet up place for people that did not look like they were staying at the hotel

Although the price is much lower than other places, the hotel is comfortable, good beds and a very complete breakfast. Thanks team.

Everything was very good except the breakfasts, always the same and the last 2 days they only gave one gravy.

The location of the hotel is very good. But the hotel is very old, old carpet with bad smell and old reception, old room, I stayed there four days they didn't clean my room, not even one day even though I asked when I went to complain to the manager. She had a bad attitude towards me. I do not recommend.

Arrived Saturday afternoon and checked in around 3:30pm. The room was nothing special, no drawers to really put away my clothes, decent size closet with hangers but not to hang my toddlers clothes. The receptacles throughout the room were busted and have seen so much wear and tear that anything you plug into it doesnt make a strong connection. Floor lamp was really wobbly. Bathroom is so small that in order to wash my kids in the tub i have to close the door to access tub otherwise I have to sit on the toilet. The repairs made in the shower and around the toilet must of been done by a maintenance person not an actual tradesman. The bath tub was filthy so no bubble bath this trip. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The microwave is located so low in the cabinet at 24 inches from the floor you can't easily access it. The breakfast was pretty decent. Biscuits with sausage gravy, mini waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, yogurt, bowl of mix fruit, froot loops, raisin bran, coffee etc. Downside is its only served from 6am to 9am and not many options. Right before checking out I went for a cup of coffee and it was so piping hot that I double cupped it since it did not have a sleeve and place a lid that has the hole on top. Well it was still steaming through and upon trying to open my room door and not drop my kid's breakfast I spilled the piping hot coffee on my wrist, now I like this location even less. I'm not sure I will be back to stay at this location.

We arrived to the hotel in the evening hours, and were sent to a room on the third floor. The room was dirty, as the photos will show you a visual of our horror. The bathtub liner and the tub beneath had a massive amount of water between them, leaving me unbalanced showering on what was similar to a waterbed. After we complained, we were sent to a room on the fourth floor, that had been promised to be cleaner, as it thankfully was better than the third floor room. There was continuous construction on the fourth floor updating the rooms. However, three days into our trip we had to beg for toilet paper and clean towels in the lobby after we were promised the room would be cleaned and restocked. There was no hot water in the hotel most of the nights we showered. The hotel ceilings display what I can assume a terrible leak, as there was mold and discolored ceiling tiles in the lobby. We were charged an additional service fee for services such as wifi that did not work, and a pool that should be deemed hazardous. The photos on the website showcasing this hotel must be outdated or AI generated, as I would not have chosen this hotel for my family vacation otherwise. This hotel is the definition of a "landlord special" as I noticed the hotel was never "fixed", only repainted.

The room was infested with roaches. Not one, not two, not 5….. they were everywhere! Even on the bed. That was on the first floor. The front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. They moved us to the fifth floor where they had been renovating and it seemed all clear up there but after that experience I could barely sleep that night.

I’m sorry but this was the worst hotel I have stayed in. I changed my room 2xs finally by the 3rd one I said it’s fine. The breakfast was so bad. The beds were bad, the carpets were bad, the bunk beds were worse. It smelled. The pool was down. At one point we had no water. I’m sorry I just wouldn’t stay here ever again even if they paid me.
