Looked pretty but maintenance was lacking… light switch didn’t turn lights on or off, and lock didn’t work very easily! Annoying to have to leave my stuff outside to find maintenance to help!

This hotel shows a rating of 4 stars but it isn’t. It’s a motel that the floors and bedding were remodeled. The bathroom is still very old and dingy looking. My shower had hair all over the wall. They did not clean the shower properly. There’s bugs in the room, which could be bcuz of the door being opened and closed or bcuz it’s just that old and not cleaned & sanitized correctly. I also ordered a welcome package, which I did not receive, but they refunded me my money back after I mentioned it. I have stayed here numerous of times but I think some of the rooms are cleaner than others. It’s a cheap hotel to just sleep but u pay for what u get. Definitely, not a 4 star. Maybe a 2.8. They need to pay more attention to the rooms than the lobby.

First of all, This is not a resort. Its just another motel. They are publicizing as a resort and they charge 30$/day resort fee which gives access like breakfast, car parking, (not so) hot water pool( outdoor). Overall cheap and good budget one if they dont include resort fees. very convenient location and great breakfast buffet.
The service phone in room didnt work. They said they will repair that and havent repaired till i vacated after staying 3 nights. I had to go to front desk everytime i need to complain something. There is no microwave in a room. Neighbor Rooms are very close and we can clearly hear what neighbor rooms are talking. I requested to change the room they said they are fully booked and will tell neighbors about noise but i had to complain 2 more times to finally not hear other's voices.

An older motel. Two stories with no elevator. Rooms were too expensive even for the winter holiday season. Bathroom needed improvement with floors and walls. Old timey furniture. Did not take out our trash, however, did give us new towels, but did not take the dirty towels. They breakfast did not have enough different items. The best thing was at the beds were very comfortable. One of our rooms was on the first floor and faced the swimming, pool and playing area. The first night was quiet, but the second night children were running around until 10:30 without parental supervision. Don’t think I will ever stay here again.

I dont feel the pictures matched the actual hotel. Its not a resort per say. Its an old hotel somewhat renovated which looks nice on the surface but rooms look slapped together and walls are paper thin, i could easily hear the family next door which kept us awake with the children screaming and crying half the night. Pillows are not comfortable and the showerhead is barely above my head and I'm 5'7". You are charged a resort fee once you're there but i dont feel its worth what you're getting. You can go to a basic hotel with a continental breakfast and a pool and thats the equivalent. I'll find another place to stay next time I'm in town. Their lobby is gorgeous and thats where it ends.
