So beautiful excellent customer service n great prices

It was great time

It was a great room for the price. Comfortable beds. It was decently clean and the receptionist was really nice. The placevwas kind of sketchy ass t night though and the parking lot was really foggy 💨 Also there was no wifi in the room which is a bit depressing in this day and she and I didn't have a coffee maker or coffee; and tgere was an iron but no ironing board. All around though a solid 3.5 for the $30 room

Everything it’s average not good not bad

The location is good and cheap. But needs a serious overhaul

No instructions from the front desk about the pool, amenities, housekeeping, and all.

The was good,the pool and the tikki bar,yhe time out video fame is nice

We live about 55 miles away from Old Town, and have decided to drive to Old Town and then back home for most of our trips there from now on, This 4 O'Clock check-in has gotten ridiculous. We arrived to the hotel Around 2 O'Clock and waited til 4 O'Clock to wait on a long line to check-in, We check in at about 5 O'Clock to find out our room key would not work, no to mention a drunken argument at the room next to our room. went back to the office to let them know what was going on and requested a different room, she did accommodate us, we entered the room 6 PM, AGAIN,,,,, 4 O'CLOCK CHECK-IN IS JST NOT WORTH THE STAY,

Hotel is cheap. But not the cleanest or not the best around this area.

Worst experience ever rooms was ok but staff and environment is was the worst and trip.com was no help i ended waiting outside with my wife for 2 days while they kept assuring me that they were going to give me 2 extra days i used what i had left on food and miscellaneous while they took care of the situation only find out 2 days later,, after my wife passed out because of hunger and dehydration, only to be told that there was nothing they can do but a petty bare minimum couple coins that wouldn't take me out the situation. Till this day i haven't received my deposit worst experience ever.

Great location

Still waiting on our refund of deposit that should had transpired over a week ago. Front desk is short staffed; waiting on line of over 30 minutes or more to check-in and/or out. Staff very polite and friendly. Rooms need a face lift; old furniture, 1970s; bathroom(s) need much TLC, they need caulking, painting and updated fixtures. It’s a real shame, owner/corporation are not investing in the property… for it is located in a prime location. We witnessed homeless individuals living in the property, there’s nothing wrong with that…but when they knock on your door asking for a cigarette…it’s a problem.

The hotel was nice and clean staff was pleasant enjoyed my stay
