Elena Beach Hotel

The most beautiful location on the beach with stunning mountain views. We were glad to upgrade to sea view room which was awesome for reasonable price. Very helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Good breakfast with hot options, fruit, yogurt etc. However, attention to topping up supply is needed. Beautiful outdoor terrace on suitable days. Only gripe, beach towels not provided or available to rent.

At the moment we arrived, everything was ok. Car park is quite big. Manager at the reception was polite and helpful. We got a room at first floor with side sea view. Room was big and renewed, bathroom was really big and new also. Next morning we found a big cockroach on the floor. When we asked them to come and see it, they wasn't surprised and started giggling by saying they did insects inspection 2 weeks ago. After that we asked to change our room and they gave us second floor room with sea view. Sea view was amazing (because you can't ruin the view I think), but that's all. Room was small and all. When we asked if we won't find any cockroaches in here, manager told us "we live in nature, and it's all nature". Fantastic nature! Anyway, we didn't saw any of them more in the remaining days. One more thing is about breakfast. We stayed for 8 night and every morning breakfast was the same. Only change is bacon or sausages. Fruits are terrible, choice is.... no choice I would say. We leaved 1 day earlier even when we payed our full 9 nights stay, because we needed to change the place. Not recomend.

Albergo perfetto per soggiornare a Creta. Posizione ottima accanto spiagge più celebri, anche la spiaggia davanti all'Hotel stupenda (perfetta anche per snorkeling!). Io ho prenotato con opzione mezza pensione e mi sono trovata molto bene, cibo buono e vario, sono sempre stati attenti alla mia celiachia offrendo i tante opzioni senza glutine. Albergo semplice, pulito e curato. Staff sempre disponibile e cordiale, un saluto a Manuel, Eva e Anna Maria, ευχαριστώ!
