average stay experience. hot water was not available in the washroom. for 1 bottle of mineral water they gave me and paid 20 rs. hotel very close from the airport. but they did not provide a pickup and drop facility. public transport from airport also not available. auto drivers taking 200-300 rs for just 3-4 kilometers.

The interiors are good but not well maintained and the ambiance is not at all good. Walls and washroom of the room was not well maintained and not clean. The hotel management needs to maintain the ambiance and cleanliness in the hotel. Apart from that interiors of the room was good but not maintained. So i had to check out early seeing the ambiance.

Property is beautiful and gives royal stay feeling all staff are good specially mithilesh front desk staff was very courteous and helped me to collect my i phone charger which i forgot to take from hotel room. Overall stay was awes o and food was also good.

No cleaning before check in. And ertithig problem in bathroom and lift. Electric current coming in bathroom and lift. Other things ok. Food facility avileble
