Kinka Palms Motel

Such a beautiful place to stay, Kinka Palms is very homely. The cabins, pool area and bbq area are all awesome. This stay offers a stunning place next to the water with great sunsets to top it off. I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else if you are visiting the area

We had an amazing 3 day stay at Kinka Palms Motel while we were on our honeymoon. Rooms are very clean with all we needed for our short stay. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. Rooms are nice and quiet. Kinka Beach is directly across the road where we swam every morning and afternoon. The pool and spa were also clean and very refreshing every day. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and gave us a complimentary bottle of Champagne to help celebrate our nuptuals... Highly recommended staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Service and lovely rooms...we had two room one for our family the other room was for my dad and his girlfriend. The service was excellent, very helpful, offering extra towels if we would like to use the pool, and just ask if you need anything else. Rooms were of good size and had its own fridge and small kitchenette, bathroom was of good size and kids had their own separate space which was good. Would like to stay longer but had to head back.... recommend this establishment and will use again when we head up to Yeppoon

The best decision I made was to stay at Kinka Beach Palms Motel just south of Yeppoon. We booked a family suite for my 98 year old mother and myself and couldn't be happier. The room was spotless and spacious. The beds very comfy and the location perfect. Walked to the beach and ships not too faraway.

Wow, what an amazing stay. We were here for 3 nights. The management were friendly and attentive. The motel was the cleanest we ever have stayed in. The attention to detail in the room was fantastic. The pool and the entertainment area was immaculate and well thought out. We will be back. Thank you.

This motel has been one of our favourites of all time! It's perfect for families, or anyone looking to relax in a beautiful setting by the beach. We booked two rooms for family members and the owner was very helpful and accommodating in making sure the rooms were next to each other. The rooms were affordable as well, meaning that we could have our own space but still spend time together. Being an older style hotel, it is spacious and has a large pool area - but it has been recently renovated, to a very high standard. We loved the gardens and the BBQ area, it was a great place for our young son to play safely. We also appreciated the friendly staff who came and checked we had fresh towels each day, and it was so handy to have laundry facilities on site. We travel and stay in hotels / motels often, and we have agreed that we will definitely be coming back to Kinka Palms when we travel down that way - thank you so much Jeremy and Louise! Perfect all round
