Premier Inn Dudley (Kingswinford)

OK stay , food in restaurant was ok had smothered chicken and chips only warm chips looked like from day before ,garlic bread over cooked and only warm, staff nice , been to other premier inns much nicer !!!!! .door rattles everything someone walks through inner doors .

Noisy if stay near entrance room. During night time, when people pass through our room, our door will produce "bang bang" sound. So awake us. We cant sleep well as noisy.And during check out I couldn't see the staff, so I didn't tell staff about that.

We are loyal guests of Premier Inn for sometime now. We loved every single visits. Good breakfast and food options, available in all the locations we want to visit, friendly staff are some of the things that keep us loyal to premier inn. Our stay was always comfortable.

The hotel was dated inside we had two double rooms looks like one had been modernised the other hadn’t . The attached pub which I believe premier inn owns was shocking. The breakfast which is 10.99 each was the worst breakfast I have ever had anyway. All products on both plates freezing cold gave them back to the waitress which she apologised. Basically pinged in microwave came back still cold…….. never saw the waitress again! Bitterly disappointed £10.99 a little expensive for a cup of tea and slice of toast .

Room fine, clean and tidy as you would expect from Premier inn. Breakfast seriously below the normal standard - only pastries were croissants, no pain au chocolate etc, missing some of the usual condiments, no crumpets, no pancakes, porridge was foul. Cooked breakfast was very slow to come out.

Recently returned after a 2 night stay. Rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. With tea & coffee facilities in each room. Had a bath in our room and unfortunately I slipped getting out of it as it was quite deep. Ended up with a lovely massive bruise! Not noticing the sign until in the shower that bath mats were available!! Staff were very friendly and informative. Used the breakfast facilities both mornings and was good, no complaints there. Hotel very local to local public transport, Ubers available.McDonald’s next door and Aldi across the road. Overall a very good stay and would choose again!
